Both Kevin and Brad have continuously gone out of their way to ensure we are well equipped with whatever our needs are from our local hardware store. If they don't stock it they order it and this is really remarkable service that we have never received from the big box stores. Its so refreshing to walk into a store where you are greeted often by name and offered assistance by any of the associates.

Dropped off a package with them for UPS as I have done numerous times. Everyone that’s at the counter normally just takes my package for me. Today however there was a disgruntled and rude older woman working who belittled me for not knowing where they put the packages. I don’t normally shop here so I was unaware and would have been happy to put it where it went. This experience has made me not want to shop at this location for anything in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Outstanding Help from Sam!
Stopped into Mound True Value Hardware & Paint looking for something to cover up a screw hole, and Sam went above and beyond to help me out. I was thinking about using JB Weld just to fill it in, but Sam pointed me toward a much better-looking solution that did the job right and kept things clean. That kind of know-how and genuine customer service is why we always support our local spots.

Best hardware store ever!!! They showed me exactly the right flashlight and these awesome battery operated switches- totally perfect because for being out of power!
