Dr. Collins and assistant, Hailey, were great and calm when assessing our dogs issues today. Our dog came in with 3 bite marks and in a lot of pain. They were super patient with him and made sure he was entirely assessed before coming up with a treatment plan. Absolutely no treatment felt pressuring and Dr. Collins prefaces all of his recommendations by stating they are just his recommendations. Very upfront about the cost before starting treatment. 10/10 experience. We are so grateful to have such a wonderful vet clinic to take care of our pets!”
