Wasn’t coming to this Walgreens for years until just recently and will not step foot in this establishment again. Went in one day for 3 items and while checking out I knew the price was higher than expected and something was off but figured I would go figure it out outside when I noticed I was charged $15 for a pair of sunglasses that somehow ended in my stuff. Went in to return and was asked for my ID which I couldn’t find. In a huff, I left the store leaving glasses behind as I didn’t want them, need them- I have no idea how they even got there. Returning a few hours later after calming down I returned to try again and spoke with Mary who states there’s nothing she can do, I’m pretty much SOL and just tough. Although she was hanging onto now my receipt as well explaining to me that’s the result of ‘high traffic theft’ and whatnot, I still decided to leave the store. Called back later only to end up with Mary again stating she does not have my receipt, I’m lying about that too and I can come take care of it with my ID. What a bish. So now I’m a thief AND a liar? And sounds like all they did was shift blame from one categorized set of individuals to another. She states the purpose of the ID thing is from all of the theft from the customers, well clearly now, the theft went from the customers to the store personnel. I guess if that’s the solution to them. At this point, it’s no longer about the $15, it’s the principle of it all. Clearly, management training wouldn’t be such a bad idea.

This is a friendly, clean, and convenient store with a good selection. I can pick up my Rx, milk, OTC meds, and other sundries in one trip. I love that there is a drive up pharmacy!

What is the point of a Pharmacy?
It is so people can purchase and pick up their Medications.
Why is it that This particular Pharmacy is hardly ever open, hardly ever staffed, or lacks having a Pharmacist on the schedule EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to pick up my prescriptions?!
This is Ridiculous!
I get the texts and phone calls that my RX is ready for pick up.
I go in to pick it up during listed Pharmacy hours. There is No One working the pharmacy!
This happens far too regularly to count.
Why is there such a shortage of Pharmacists???
Walgreens, You need to step up your game!
I don't have time to go out of my way to pick up at this location to get there and see you're not even open.
I've had a prescription that failed to work multiple times, an injection, and was told to take it up with the manufacturer, meanwhile it's a once a month RX so I had to miss that Month each time. I've picked up a big bag full of my meds and was Not given the description of what I was picking up and didn't know a new RX needed to be Refrigerated so therefore that Very Expensive Medication went in the Garbage and I had to miss a Month of that too!
Come on guys!!!
Walgreens literally charges More for most medications than other pharmacies on most items and you're still Effing Off!!!

It’s entirely hit or miss whether or not the pharmacy staff will be polite and helpful or rude and dismissive. I’ve gotten inconsistent information depending on who I’m speaking with and this morning one of the pharmacy employees literally hung up on me rather than explain why I’d been told two completely contradictory things. The apathetic, still drunk from last night, vocal fry would be enough to out anyone over the edge. I don’t know how places like this stay in business.

I went to the mound pharmacy for a flu and pneumonia vaccine. The pharmacy tech was awful and injected my flu vaccine into my shoulder! I flinched in pain and backed away during the injection. It should go into the deltoid not the shoulder joint!

This pharmacy is terrible. They are almost never available no matter what time you come. They never answer the phone. There’s clearly a management problem since this has been going on for years.

This is the worst experience from a pharmacy that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Primarily the smug attitude of the staff. The condescending tone and unwillingness to be friendly or helpful. Total lack of respect for customers, who by the way, are also patients in need of “health-care” or caring should I say.
Secondarily, the pharmacy is closed multiple days per week many times, for what reasons, nobody really knows. We just have to go there and find out the hard way, or call to see if anybody came in for work…. Seems like they never bounced back from the COVID era of staffing shortages, but the rest of the world has…. Not these guys!
This place is a joke, if you need multiple prescriptions or even a single prescription filled and ready on time.
If you are lucky enough to get your meds in a timely fashion here, don’t expect a friendly or helpful human being that cares about much of anything behind the counter.
I’ve never encountered such a miserable bunch of people in my whole life.
Leaving this dumpster fire ASAP!

Prescription prices are really high. Tried to have mine delivered when I still came here and they never had it delivered. It sat there and when I finally called a week later, with no notice, she told me I guess they never came. Can you come in and get it??? What is the point. Pharmacy always busy. Besides that, theres a couple of supervisors or managers who are disgustingly rude for no reason.

Guy who works at the front with the longer hair should try and at least act like he enjoys his job. I get that things can be hard sometimes, but he threw the receipt like he didn’t care about anything. Very disappointing.

Their pharmacy customer service is wonderful when you can get it. The problem is that they're chronically understaffed. They can't handle the business that they have, so I took mine elsewhere.

1st encounter-I had called to find out what hours passport photos were completed and stopped in during those hours. The store associate that I spoke with, went on a rant about the customer before me. Then told me that the person that does photos was out. Then associate walked away. Came back 5 mins later and said she didn’t know what she was doing but would do the photo. After attempting the photo, she ran away again. What a mess. Found out she’s actually a manager.2nd encounter- Tried to pick up prescriptions and was told it was being denied by my insurance. I called my insurance and they said it was never submitted to them. It took my insurance doing a conference call with me and Walgreens and insurance had to explain to Walgreens how to do their job correctly.

This walgreens location is the worst I have ever been to. The pharmacy is horrible. They take forever and mistakes after mistakes
