Mound, you stink! Walked in looking for a notary. Was told I needed to make an appointment but I could go to city hall and pay $5.00 to get it done. Seriously? Telling your customers to go somewhere else? He took my number and promised to call back. That was a week ago. Went to Excelsior today and was happily taken care of in 5 minutes.

Called Wells Fargo 800 number because I needed to get a large cashiers check. I asked them if I needed to make an appointment because of the amount. The employee said no, the teller can issue the check. Tried calling the Mound, MN Branch four times from 2 pm to 4 pm on Friday to confirm that. All four times after pressing numerous buttons indicating I wanted to talk to an employee at that branch, I was disconnected because I did not select the option to be connected to an auto response alternative. I went to the Mound Branch and was told that the teller needed a manager to approve the amount. The problem for me was the manager left early on a Friday afternoon. Pretty bad service from the top position at that branch. I knew I should have done this transaction at Bank of America. I will in the future!

I called there repeatedly for 7 minutes then drove over and walked in and see two people standing next to MY ringing phone calls laughing about how annoying the phone was. All I needed to know was whether or not they have safe deposit boxes. They only carry the tiny ones if anybody needs to know. ANSWER THE PHONE NEXT TIME YOU AWFUL PEOPLE!!!

I’ve been a private banking customer since 1992 and today the mound branch wouldn’t send a fax for me. No one was doing anything I was the only customer in the branch. Terrible customer service from female teller.

Basic services – it's amazing how easy it is to open up a bank account online these days. I have an Ally bank account and it provides me all the services for banking and loans. Banks like Wells Fargo, can provide services that are needed and maintain the relevance of brick-and-mortar. One of those basic services is getting change transferred into cold hard cash and deposited into your account. Apparently, Wells Fargo no longer takes change and puts it in your account. I sent my son to get change exchanged and they told him they stopped providing that service two years ago. So, I ask you, what's the point of having brick-and-mortar if you can't provide brick-and-mortar services.

I want to give 2 star but Steve save the bank reputation. More than 3 worker there tell me they dont has public restrooms, and I always say Im a client not a public. The only one who treat me like one was Steve. Thanks and show to your coworkers how to please a customer.
