I am so grateful for this shop - Shane and Charlie were so helpful when my Volkswagen Beetle suddenly had an issue and I was in the area. They quickly checked out and diagnosed the issue (I needed a new alternator) and let me know I wouldn't be able to make it back home without it getting fixed. I am so glad they didn't let me get stranded on the side of the road with my daughter! They were able to get the parts they needed and had everything fixed and I had my car back same day, that evening. Car problems suck, but they really made this entire situation the smoothest possible! They were able to text me a link to pay my invoice and everything was seamless. Thank you Westside!

I would not recommend nobody to ever take their car there they refuse to look at our car because we gave them a three star and said they were a little expensive so now they refuse to work on my car not very professional company at all. And if anybody believes that many people would give any auto shop that many five stars they're crazy that just shows that they are either using their friends or they're stealing people's five stars

My man Shane is a heck of a mechanic. The staff here are very knowledgable, down to earth, good sense of humor, have extremely fair rates and pricing, and great turn around time. I have a 2013 toyota camry se v6 3.5L that was serviced there. It had over 200k miles on it I didnt really do much to maintain it and it was in need of some TLC. My front suspension was severely on the way out. I had struts, ball joints, end links, tie rods, rear brake pads and rotors, oil change, coolant flush, transmission drain and refill, and alignment. They scheduled me quick I dropped it off and couldnt beleive it was all done in a day. heck they got it done so quick I didnt have time to pick it up or return the rental car I got since I was expecting at least another day or so. Compared to rates I had shopped in other places they were extremely fair priced.
I have bad news shane...... car drives amazing now. I'll be back in the future bud to do the rear struts, front rotors/ pads, and my plugs and wires.
I have worked with many mechanics over the years and I highly recommend these guys. They have earned a loyal customer. Go here for work dont think about it just do it theyll take care of you.
