BioLife Plasma Services collects plasma to produce lifesaving medicines. The staff is friendly, understanding, and encouraging, taking donors through the whole process. The location is very clean and machines have been upgraded for shorter donation times. However, some donors express frustration with the compensation, noting it does not increase even when donation amounts do and that pay rates can seem inconsistent. The process is described as easy, allowing people to help those in need.
The staff at the mounds view location has always been very welcoming, respectful, and kind. I do wish they would increase the amount you get for donating especially with being able to donate a larger quantity of plasma. The increase was very minimal.

I like the place, but hate how the pay is dished out. Constantly my girlfriend gets more money than me, even tho I have to be there longer and give more plasma. Very annoying.
