Zero stars. No one working the drive up window, they didn't even put a sign up. Waited 20 minutes. Tried calling, no one answers, just endless recordings. No one will assist you momentarily. At least post signs, cha he your hold menu to say, "we are to understaffed your answer the phone or operate the drive in window." Never again, CVS. And the Rx I was trying to pick up was o r a called and cancelled for this month. Complete FAIL.

Blown away. 15 mins on hold. Someone answers I tell them what I need help with, she barely says a word throws me back on hold for another 15. Guess she didn't want to deal with it so she just put me on hold untill I hung up. So I called Walgreens. Walgreens answered and handled my request in under 3 min. I will be changing all services to Walgreens.

I would give this a 0 star, but there's no option. The pharmacy have the worst customer service ever. A few weeks ago I went to the drive thru and had to wait 20mins for someone to talk to me and then told me that they don't have it filled. I didn't even receive a phone call or text message stating that it was put back on the shelf because we didn't grab it. Just today I had to wait almost 20 mins too. They made me wait twice before talking to me. There was no customers waiting for them inside as you can see through the window. Most times when I see customers going to grab their medications inside because they couldn't wait anymore for the drive thru, they would get it before me, even when I waited in line first. They seriously need to hire more people or just stop. Otherwise customers will most likely switch to a different pharmacy.
