horrible car wash, have to wait minutes for someome to come outside from store, the wash doesnt get all the soap off and the dryer only dries 60% of a car, leaving soap

What here for gas tonight. I had a coupon for seven cents a gallon off of gas. I had her scan it. I asked her before I even swiped my card will it take it off at the pump and she said yes even came out with me and said it’s gonna change and then looked at me and said I don’t know what happened. I don’t know how it works. How can an employee not know how it works Whoever was working the two ladies were too interested in being on their TikTok, and then working behind the counter, which is absolutely ridiculous. She said oh I can give you a refund that defeats the whole purpose of using the coupon in the first place. You would think they would be more into greeting their customers than being on TikTok.

This is the only store I can find near me that is open after 10pm.. they still sell menthol cigarettes, also good customer service, the cashier with the starwars tattoos is pretty funny, A overall good store.

I stopped here on my way home to get some gas and also to pick up a couple of snacks and goodies from the bakery. I love their Reese's peanut butter cookies. Nobody can beat theirs! I filled up my gas tank and hit the pay inside button. I parked my car directly in front of the window as I never pay at the pump due to my card has been skimmed in the past a couple of times and don't trust those pay at the pump terminals. I proceeded to go inside and grab a couple of things and went straight to the cashier to pay. I told him I had gas outside and pointed to my vehicle straight out in front of them and there were no other vehicles getting gas at that time. I stuck my card in the pay terminal and paid for my purchase and gave them my card to scan for the gas coupon. They proceeded to bag my couple of items and continued on my journey home. About 10 minutes after I got home I received a call from a number I did not know so I let it go to voicemail. I went to google the phone number and the number called again. As it was a local number and thought it possibly could be somebody I know that was may be in need of my help and could be an emergency so I did answer the call. To my surprise it was the Moundsville police and was rather confused as to why they would be calling? They proceeded to inform me that the employee who rang me up failed to charge me for my purchase of the gas and that they were needing me to come back and pay for gas that I believed I had already paid for. And she requested that I come very soon to pay for it. Not a problem as I am a hard-working individual and pride myself for paying my debts. I asked to speak with a manager and told them I was here to pay for my gas. Though I did proceed to ask her as to why she would be calling the police on a customer who did not do a drive off and as far as I had known had paid for my purchases already. She did confirm she heard me tell the other employee that I had gas outside and she admittedly said they pressed the button but somehow it had failed to populate in the register. She says it's standard procedure to call the police when a customer does not pay for gas so they may call me or send me a letter in the mail to request me to pay for the gas. Is this the standard policy when their Employee does not do their job? You treat your a good and loyal customers of many years like a criminal? This was at 9 o'clock at night I had already gotten into my pajamas and settled in for the evening. I had to get dressed, do my hair , drive and waste 40 minutes of my evening to correct an employees mistake. If this is how you treat a loyal customer, I no longer want to be consumer. If you enjoy being treated like a common criminal and enjoy wasting your time I definitely recommend going here!
