The staff at the St Paul/Moundsview branch are great! We've had some terrible experiences with other local carriers, but Saia has been awesome. The guys are always willing to help and they are very courteous when I stop in to pick up a pallet, never acting bothered to help me. We at Squatchin' Country appreciate the friendly service. Sasquatch approved! :-)

Y'all need to fire your drivers and get new ones or teach them respect. Rude behavior. Paid extra to do things and they don't do it. HIDDEN FEES. Not taking responsibilities for damaging packages while moving it. A scam of a company they are. Do not do business with these people.

Saia LTL Freight best D.O.T stats per volume of freight they haul! Excellent safety record! Nobody is perfect, but there status with the Dept. Of Transportation speaks volumes! I would ship any product with this company!! ?

You will get redimmed if they hit the pallet hard enough with the forklift to shift the straps a half inch. Nice unethical business model. Price went from $266.12 to $724.50.

Horrible. WHY do you LTL guys quote and charge one price and then add expenses after the shipment is paid and dropped off. So stupid. I will be consulting my cc company for refund

Dropped my whole shipment of water bottles on the pavement and driver just got in his truck and drove off without helping pick it up, damaged half of my shipment and the company refused to refund me for it. Driver was straight up rude as well questioning why I get bulk water and why well water ‘isn’t good enough for me’. Drivers don’t know how to handle freight or drive for that matter, completely rude and this whole company is just a joke. Don’t recommend them to anyone, save yourself the hassle!

I should receive a package from America paid for €380, but they don't clear it through customs because they necessarily want me to pay €450 for insurance with PayPal friends and family, who would then reimburse me upon delivery! A serious transport company should not ask for an unsafe movement of money, putting the recipient's money at risk... and I was not even notified before this payment, moreover on their website there is no information about these payments nor of how they work….parcel lost, and they don't have an alternative solution, or you pay hoping in God, or goodbye €380 as in my case….

Every time a shipment comes for a delivery and it’s a black male driver there is an issue. They won’t sign in, they don’t want to deliver to the unit, they ask how they are supposed to drive. They have even suggested I am responsible for their job! The white male drivers don’t have any problems, follow directions, and even smile and say, “have a nice day!” Probably time to address this sad pathetic behavior as it seems completely race related! Their favorite phrase is “ I know!” So good luck with that!
