“I followed the AT&T experts advice but ended up on the phone with customer service getting transferred to multiple departments and no one could figure out how to best help me. I got the run around and it is going to end up just costing me extra money in the long run.
Update: I received a follow-up call from the local store manager and we came up with a resolution that will hopefully work out when it comes time for me to get a new phone. I am changing my rating from 1 to 4 and basing it on the fact that this store did a good job. I am still not happy with AT&T corporate, specially my recent experience with customer care, when I called in regard to the AT&T Next Up (Legacy) add-on. They say “calls are recorded and monitored for quality assurance” and I hope their leadership does review my calls over the last two days!”
