“I had the pleasure of visiting with Jessie Hovind today about an issue I had. She was the epitome of professional, but also very empathetic to my situation. I wasn't having a very good day but Jessie ended up making my day. Her willingness to go out of her way for a customer is very rare nowadays it seems. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!”

“One of my 'go tos' for US Bank Branches. Customer service is always a gold star great. Not always the most time efficient but I always leave having a good experience. I've never had a 'poor interaction' with any of the staff. Staff is always genuine, polite, friendly, and professional. As much as a hassle as it can be going to the bank, I know the staff with help me get in and out as quickly as they can. All while having a genuine smile and quality small talk with me during our interaction. I will admit it's not always the quickest trip to the bank, but I know the tellers are being a proficient as possible. When I deposit or cash anything, I know I will be warmly welcomed and served with a smile. The building is a little strange (you can tell it wasn't built as a bank... and changed into a bank..). but it gets the job done.”

“We had an outstanding experience at this branch today, thanks to Vladimir. We came in needing help with a complicated CD transaction and documentation request related to a home purchase, and he went above and beyond every step of the way.

Not only did Vladimir patiently answer our many questions, but he also stayed about 20 minutes after closing to make sure everything was taken care of. He even took the time to speak directly with our lender and help navigate some difficult and frustrating requests on our behalf.

Throughout the entire process, he remained professional, kind, patient, and positive. What could have been a very stressful situation was made so much easier because of his willingness to help. We asked a lot of him, and he never once made us feel like a burden.

Exceptional customer service like this is rare to find. We are incredibly grateful for Vladimir’s dedication, expertise, and genuine desire to help. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience, we truly appreciate everything you did for our family.”
