I've been bringing my cars to Budget Auto Repair for years and have always had great experiences. Recently, I encountered an issue after having my drive shaft replaced. On a family trip, we discovered that the plug for the rear differential was missing, causing the differential to lock up and setting us back significantly.
Initially, I was very upset and expressed my concerns in a review. However, the owner reached out to me immediately after seeing my feedback. He genuinely listened to my concerns and took full responsibility for the oversight. He ensured that the necessary repairs were covered and even went above and beyond to compensate for our inconvenience.
This level of customer service and commitment to making things right truly restored my faith in Budget Auto Repair. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles them makes all the difference. I'm grateful for their dedication to customer satisfaction and will continue to bring my vehicles here for service. My front end suspension broke and they fixed it for $2542.77 . Cheaper than the dealership and other mobile mechanics (who wanted $5000)

A+ Service, pricing, and communication. Needed the rear spark plugs and coils changed on my Ford 500, which is an unreasonably annoying task, and these fellas had it done in a matter of hours for less money than it would have taken to buy the tools and try it myself. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I would give them an A for effort but they failed to realize there was no gas in the car. I was diagnosed with a bad alternator but that might not have been an issue. Turned out the car had NO gas in it. Auto repair 101: always make sure there's gas in the car. shady mechanic!
