Got a call from Louie Hardin store manager from Eurotech, he heard my concern about my recent experience. Eurotech is committed to customer satisfaction and Louie has done that perfectly by allowing to speak in a professional tone and caring to diagnose the problem and said to bring the car back to determine the problem and apologizing any miscommunication that arised. Thank you for listening to my concern and reestablishing customer loyalty. I will update later for final outcome this Monday. Thanks Eurotech team and thank you Louie!

Most people write reviews when things go well. I'm writing when things haven't. As you can see from my 5-Stars, I'm still a satisfied customer. That says a lot. Although my car has been in a few times for the same issue (oil leaks after timing belt and gasket/cover replacements), and I've been out a vehicle with a busy work schedule and life schedule with demanding schedules of young kinds. However, I have to say that EuroTech New Brighton is handling it well. They are good with their word, backed by their work, professional, and courteous. I especially want to call out Hunter and Louie for their professionalism and courteous customer service.

Eurotech always takes such good care of us.We used them for care of our Mercedes in 2015, then moved to CA. When we moved back to MN in 2021, our specialist there recommeded Eurotech to us. We moved back and now they're taking excellent care of our BMW. We appreciate your kit gloves and care of Curtis car. Thank you!

I purchased a vehicle out-of-state and drove it back to the Cities. A few hundred miles later, it throws a CEL. My first thought was to call Eurotech. They got me on their schedule right away and had my vehicle on a lift the very next morning with a full inspection report texted right to my phone while keeping me in the loop about everything. The communication is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced from any auto repair facility in my years. I had the pleasure of dealing with Louie, Steve, Hunter, and Adam; they all made me feel very comfortable with their knowledge and thoughtfulness. Just great vibes all around. All true car enthusiasts at some point in our automotive adventures have left a mechanic or performance shop with a bad taste in our mouths promising ourselves we’ll never let anybody else work on our car(s) besides ourselves. You won’t get that feeling here. Now I have a stockpile of parts that I will probably won’t need for a while because any DIY maintenance I intended to do on my vehicle myself will be left in the hands of the awesome Eurotech team henceforth.I will continue to recommend Eurotech to everyone in my immediate circle as well as my customer base.Update: I brought another vehicle here after it was sitting at another repair facility for weeks without any solution (German car probz). The other shop basically told me they couldn’t figure out the issue and that I’m essentially SOL since the vehicle is not worth to repair.I called up Eurotech for a second opinion. Louie scheduled me to have the vehicle dropped off upon picking it up from the other repair facility which saved me the hassle of getting it towed twice. Adam and the rest of the team here made time to not only find the culprit but fix the root cause of the electrical fiasco I was dealing with instead of just bandaging it. I cannot recommend Eurotech Auto Service enough.

So I been going to the new Brighton location for 10 years, I remember when the front desk Woman in the magazine article they got hanging up in their lobby worked there. Hadn’t been there in 2 years because hadn’t drove much, but something has changed! First had some issues with my car not going into park( bad fuse, sensor, or something) paid around $150 for them to tell me everything wrong with it besides the reason I brought it in ( it’s a 2008 ML 350 with over 200,000 ) . So with about 60% certain it was a auxiliary battery ( I went to EURO tech to get 95% certain ) so I told them it was my only vehicle and they had a battery delivered, but it never came , then overnight delivered and still didn’t arrive. Then after a week and a half it got there Friday before Labor Day. They installed and were very nice about the inconvenience. So my mother Inlaw was going to pay the $500, but was whatching grandkids and tried to pay over the phone , but they refused and wanted her to fill out security forms ( I get it in most cases no days unfortunately) . Well after 3 hours and calling numerous times and me going up there at 5:30 when they close it finally worked . Now did I expect a bit more trust , sure and did my wife make this hard on me by choosing this way to pay !! Yes . But after my years of loyalty and a minimum service and 3 hours of hassle ( which cost more then $500 ) it could have been done in 5 min at 1-2 pm . Now why is this a big deal because at the moment the payment is coming through and they are closing the shop for the next 4 days the mechanic comes back with my keys ( after I been there for 30 min) and says ( sorry we can’t start ur car , we can’t give it to you !!) mind you they said all was good and the car never had a problem starting ( we just couldn’t get into park ) . So they promised first thing Tuesday. I don’t get a call till Wednesday saying they fixed it ( loose wires or something) . I pick up my car and it’s a simple here u go bye ?. Idk old staff would’ve offered me a oil change or a coupon. Not that I even want it , but I know some of the postal stuff ain’t all there fault as a place that charges triple AAA prices, takes the responsibility and owns it . Also I recognized no one . And like I said the atmosphere was of a dealership, trying to sell sell sell. But a bit past it’s prime. Before it was sharp , professional but with real people and good judgment. Idk ?♂️. They were great in the past and got what u paid for . Now I’m not so sure . To be clear the desk people were kind and polite. I just feel like it’s a boiler room.Service: Electrical repair

My vehicle died near their location and they willingly let me have it towed there for diagnosis and repair. They kept me well informed of the status, we’re not pushy with the work I didn’t want performed, and had the vehicle back on the road in a couple days. They successfully diagnosed and repaired a wiring fault in the engine harness. Could not have asked for a better experience, and I would not trust any other local shop to perform this work.Services: Electrical repair

I had an issue with a slow tire leak and they fit me in for a check/fix without an appointment. They fixed quickly and after finding my tires were pretty low tread, did not do a tire rotation as we'd discussed (not necessary due to need to replace). Got me going and saved me the rotation cost.

Charged $531 for an inspection I didn’t ask for and to install a battery. I took the car in telling them I the alternator was bad and needed changing and that’s all I wanted fixed and they charged so much for an inspection and battery, then said would charge $900 more on top of it to replace the alternator. I have a mechanic friend who said he could replace alternator for half of what Eurotech said they would charge so I took it to him to replace the alternator and saved a lot of money.Service: Battery

I had my car serviced here recently for a Light Control Module, they told me the LCM I brought in didn't work (which is fine). So I had them order me a new one and they tried to code it to my car and now my halo and turn signals both blink and my taillights have changed from yellow to red. The shop tried to tell me I might have "crossed wires?" something I'd never heard of before. I don't know what they did wrong but they need to fix it!

I’m not sure how coincident or how reasonable it is to have the car fixed 2 times in 2 separate years. Each time it’s needed to go back within a week and paid the 2nd time of diagnostic fee in one week period of time. Yes… things happened but why it’s always happened only after I got into your shop in a week. And it happened not just one time but 2 times in different years. I think BMW has to look into their repair dealer standard and repair record how frequent it’s happened and how much they like to charge diagnostic fee 2 times in one week. And more repair charges are added on after first fix.

When a past vehicle came off warranty I started going to Eurotech - three cars later, I could not recommend them more. Not only have they been consistently less expensive than the dealership, but they have always been very timely, straight forward and pragmatic about what needs to be done and how much it will cost. Why go to the dealer when there is such a solid and friendly alternative?Services: Steering & suspension repair

When I come this Eurotech they really explain to you the services they are to perform and very courtesy while doing it. The shop is always clean and welcoming while you wait. I have visited the Eurotech in Medina and wasn’t pleased and my business will continue at this location.Service: Auto maintenance

I've been going here for about three years.Nothing but great service. although the last time I brought my vehicle in due to a stuck rear windshield wipes because of the ice and I needed an alignment I specifically told them do not charge a 100 plus diagnostic fee for a rear wiper that is stuck or jammed. When I picked up the truck later that day I was told they would email a receipt to me late.(First time that ever happened) Later that evening on the receipt a note stated that the wiper blade was just stuck and had to be adjusted. Yet I was still charged 100 plus for a diagnositic test and seventy dollars for new wiper blades.(front blades worked fine) When I mentioned that the blades were two months old and the rest of my complaints of over pricing they got real defensive. Not sure if it was different crew but it was definitely shady.

The welcome area is clean and the shop is immaculate. Everything was fair priced it’s just expensive. I’m only giving 3 stars because I was told I would have my new tires on my car by shortly after noon but it wasn’t ready until 3:30. I think it was longest it ever took get my tires changed. I left my car there 2 days before then. Compared to places where they can change your tires in a hour. Failed promise and long wait time. Also German auto werks is way more friendly.Services: Tires
