Fabulous service! Everyone was polite and informative! I went after my shift at about 9:30. They gave me a ride home and picked me up and returned me to pick up my car at 11:30..winterized vehicle..tire rotation..checked brakes and topped off fluids etc.. they will be my go to from now on! The driver's were also very nice and pleasant!!!

Both Luke and Brad were professional and listened carefully to my choice of a used car, preferably a Subaru, Honda or Toyota, with at least a power seat so I could be higher and did not have to use a cushion to improve my visibility.
The vehicle I chose, Brad said, maybe could get by for the next year on the tires that it came with. Since we’re headed into snow-laden Minnesota, I opted to put on Year-Around tires with adequate deep tread for Winter, and suggested Cooper or Michelin. Cooper tires were half the price so they ordered those in and mounted them.
I noticed a chip in the windshield, and Luke said he would call in the specialists to see if it could be repaired; if not, Luke would direct them to put in a new windshield. I only see out of one eye, so required Safety OEM glass.
They replaced the windshield, and noted that it may take a day to cure before they could put a finish on it. It did not need to cure, so I got delivery a day earlier than expected. I am very pleased with the vehicle and with the Reps’ high quality attention to detail. Brad took the time to explain how all the controls worked to operate the vehicle, and he set up blue tooth for my phone as an added perk!

I was in for a simple tire rotation on a Maverick. The tehnician and advisor had no idea that the manual tells them how to rotate the tires. They thought all cars and tires were rotated the same way. WRONG. And this is a Ford dealer!?

Had to get our oil changed. Great and friendly service! Was very impressed with the rep at the Express service counter who went over our service plan. Even overheard another rep talking to a customer about recalled items that needed to be taken care of. No pressure, friendly and happy. Haven't experienced the positive attitudes in a long time!

I took my vehicle to New Brighton Ford for recall work. Throughout the process I was given shifting and unrealistic timelines, and there were several missed opportunities to proactively communicate status.
After pickup, my car began losing internal power intermittently. My preferred shop inspected it, found the battery cable had not been tightened, and provided photos documenting the condition under the hood. This issue arose soon after the recall work and indicates the vehicle was not reassembled with care.
When I raised these concerns, the GM (Nate) explained he’s been in the role ~6 weeks to address ongoing issues and suggested subcontractors were responsible. He also said I hadn’t given them an opportunity to fix it; however, the issue was seemingly unrelated to the work they performed. Only upon inspection by my preferred shop did we discover the haphazard work of New Brighton Ford. The only remedy offered was a $200 service credit, which does not address the costs, time, or safety concerns created by the improper reassembly. I certainly would never trust this dealership with any repairs given my experiences thus far.
Bottom line: workmanship, communication, and accountability fell short. I cannot recommend New Brighton Ford and will not be returning.

Very professional they even follow up with you after your purchase to see how you’re doing not your typical dealership seems to me they go above and beyond to make sure you had a good experience I’d recommend them to anybody.

Since leasing my 2025 F150 I have had 2 recalls, brake issues, door locking issues and parking brake issues.
I went to New Brighton 2 times because my brakes were squeaking on my new 2025 F150. They were never able to confirm the issue and they refused to replace the brakes and rotors even though they were under warranty. The brakes still squeak to this day.
I went back again for a new issue with the door locks and parking brake. We set up an online appointment. We received confirmation for my online appointment. When I got there they had no idea of my scheduled appointment. I was told they needed my truck for 2 days. I requested a loaner and they had no loaner lined up for me. I told them I wanted to take my truck and leave. They gave me my truck back with no hesitation. I got the feeling they could have cared less.
Tech interaction was great.
Customer service was poor.
Work performed was poor.
Going above and beyond for a customer was very poor.
Customer satisfaction is very poor.
I will not be coming back to this dealership ever again. I still face issues with my 2026 F150 that still need to be addressed. I’ll try another Fors dealership.

I bought a car from this dealership in 2023. I am now writing a review for peace of mind. The dealership itself was fine but the finance guy that I got stuck with was as fake as they come. He told me stories of people he helped prior who sent him gifts afterwards, almost conveying he expected a gift. He took about 5 hours to get my funding approved YET told me on the phone before going there funding was secured, as I already had a credit check ran and this dealership was 4 hours from where I lived. About 2.5 hours into waiting for ‘approval of funds’ he came out and asked if I could put more money down. Tried to sell me every terrible package known to mankind such as an extended warranty, GAP, the usual stuff. The guy was in his late 60’s and made every second of this car buying process pretty awful. I’ve boughten 20+ cars in my lifetime and this experience stands out as one of the worst, thus why I am writing a review 2 years later. My salesman was nice tried to get me out of there as quickly as possible, but with how terrible the finance guy was, I couldn’t give anything above 1 star.
Edit: To the response from the owner. I’m guessing he retired and wasn’t let go for his devious practices. It also stands that when I called to get refunded for my extended warranty I purchased, it took over a month. I actually had to leave a 1 star review to even get a call back from a sales manager about where my refund was. He then stated ‘We will mail the check out once you go ahead and remove that review.’ Honestly, this dealership is as selfish and money driven as the rest. I showed grace in my original review but this edit is for the unknowing. Don’t go to this dealership.
