I might pay a tad bit more, but I'm only making one trip, and that's because they make sure I head to the register with the right item. Jim always steers me right and does it with a smile. Been my hardware store since 1989.”

“I’ve visited this plant shop several times, and every time I’m impressed. Their plants are exceptionally well cared for, and the selection is fantastic — with both common favorites and harder-to-find varieties. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable.
One of the standout qualities of this store is that it’s a small business run by the owners themselves, so if you ever have questions or concerns, you can speak directly to someone who truly cares. A few months ago, we purchased a plant that turned out to be mislabeled. As it grew, we realized it wasn’t what we had originally intended to buy. When we went back to the shop, we were able to speak directly with the owner. She was incredibly apologetic and went out of her way to make things right — something we really appreciated and didn’t expect.
I already loved shopping here, but after that experience, I can confidently say I’ll be a loyal customer for the long haul.”

“I have a love/hate thing going on with this Home Depot. This has been my main Home Depot shopping location since 1999--15 years. I have a lot of experience at this place. So my credentials are good. I like the fact that this store is never super busy. So it's easy to get in & out. I also know where almost everything is located. Don't make any Special Orders or get any At Home Services unless you want to get screwed up and screwed over. It's also frequently hard to find someone for customer service. And when you DO find them, they don't know anything. On the other hand, there are a few employees who have been here for over 10 years and that are SUPER knowledgeable. I always try to find these people when I have a question. Of course, these are normal people that take breaks and that have days off--so I can't always find them when I really need them. Overall...good with limitations. Come here for what they do best: Buy what's on the shelves, and don't ask any questions or place any orders unless you want headaches. -Daddy Maxx Retro”

“There are two black guys who work the self checkout in the morning time on the weekdays who are super upbeat and friendly every single time I come into this location. Awesome customer service, always quick to be helpful without being overbearing. I should have gotten their names before posting this review, but just wanted to shout them out for their awesome work. I visit Home Depot locations all over the twin cities regularly, and these two fellows consistently provide the best checkout experience by far. Hats off, and promotions deserved!”

“This Home Depot isn’t opened long enough. Since I leave work at 9pm and this store closes at nine, I have to go a little farther to Fridley every day to buy work materials. I work virtually all day every day. Just wish they pushed opened an extra hour later. Very clean store compared to other Home Depot’s.”

“On a cold winter Monday, I decided I needed a new plant. I work in Roseville so I googled plants near me. That brought me to Pletschers! What a beautiful store. They had a lot to choose from even in the middle of winter, so I can't wait to go back once it's warm out. Very friendly service and reasonable prices. Recommended!”
