I might pay a tad bit more, but I'm only making one trip, and that's because they make sure I head to the register with the right item. Jim always steers me right and does it with a smile. Been my hardware store since 1989.”

“Cute garden center! I bought a small Japanese maple here that didn't cost me an arm and a leg so prices here seem fair. They have a variety of annuals, perennials, evergreens, and a small collection of house plants inside. Luckily I went on a slow day so I personally had no trouble with parking but beware, their parking is SMALL so you will likely have to park on the street on busy days.”

“I was at Sunnyside Gardens yesterday looking for hydrangea plants and had no idea what I was doing - so many different varieties and sizes.
A woman from Sunnyside, named Sue, came up to me and asked if I needed some help. She couldn't have been nicer - she stayed with me for at least 20 to 30 minutes helping me find what I needed and then loaded them on my cart.
I've always been pleased with the quality of their plants as well as their customer service. This is Sue's first year at Sunnyside, although she's been in this business for a number of years and is very knowledgeable.
She is a perfect fit for them and they are lucky to have her - although I bet they already know that.”
“I’ve visited this plant shop several times, and every time I’m impressed. Their plants are exceptionally well cared for, and the selection is fantastic — with both common favorites and harder-to-find varieties. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable.
One of the standout qualities of this store is that it’s a small business run by the owners themselves, so if you ever have questions or concerns, you can speak directly to someone who truly cares. A few months ago, we purchased a plant that turned out to be mislabeled. As it grew, we realized it wasn’t what we had originally intended to buy. When we went back to the shop, we were able to speak directly with the owner. She was incredibly apologetic and went out of her way to make things right — something we really appreciated and didn’t expect.
I already loved shopping here, but after that experience, I can confidently say I’ll be a loyal customer for the long haul.”
“I got a small amount of rocks for a landscaping project that I am doing at my home. This is my first time at Fra-Dor and the people I interacted with on the phone and at the site were very nice and accommodating, easy to work with to help me get what I needed, and very fair with the price.
It seems like the garden centers/brick yards that I have used in the past always try to stick it to the DIY’ers who aren’t buying in bulk and make you feel like a nuisance. I will be back the next time I need something and will recommend them to anyone that asks.

“I have a love/hate thing going on with this Home Depot. This has been my main Home Depot shopping location since 1999--15 years. I have a lot of experience at this place. So my credentials are good. I like the fact that this store is never super busy. So it's easy to get in & out. I also know where almost everything is located. Don't make any Special Orders or get any At Home Services unless you want to get screwed up and screwed over. It's also frequently hard to find someone for customer service. And when you DO find them, they don't know anything. On the other hand, there are a few employees who have been here for over 10 years and that are SUPER knowledgeable. I always try to find these people when I have a question. Of course, these are normal people that take breaks and that have days off--so I can't always find them when I really need them. Overall...good with limitations. Come here for what they do best: Buy what's on the shelves, and don't ask any questions or place any orders unless you want headaches. -Daddy Maxx Retro”

“This Home Depot isn’t opened long enough. Since I leave work at 9pm and this store closes at nine, I have to go a little farther to Fridley every day to buy work materials. I work virtually all day every day. Just wish they pushed opened an extra hour later. Very clean store compared to other Home Depot’s.”
