A pre-cooler priced $700 by another thermo king dealer they charged $1800. I even showed the quote from the other dealer.

We needed to find a cold storage unit for our juice business and the wonderful team here was able to get us one that worked perfectly for our needs. They had a variety of options and their prices were affordable compared to other places we looked at. The unit was clean and ready to go with no issues. The process was smooth and quick. Thanks to them we had the extra storage we needed for a successful weekend. 100% recommend!

Had apu issues, I called made appointment and I was in the next day. My apu was put on aftermarket by previous owners of my semi and started giving me issues take in mind it was very old apu unit and there service technicians had her up and running in no time even fixed some problems with wiring that the previous owners did wrong they did super job me personally I’m very pleased with the service and the whole staff was very nice I highly recommend this location they went above and beyond five stars

Purchased a truck in May 2024 and had an AP unit installed in June 2024. In less than 30 days from installation, a software update was needed because the unit was not blowing heat. This update required me to return home from out-of-state. While out of state in October 2024 I had to sit at the shop as the unit was recalibrated because it was using up extreme amounts of fuel as the unit turned on every hour to charge batteries while parked. January 27, I picked up my truck from the New Brighton location after they completed yet another software update because the unit was not blowing cold air while working in Texas the previous week. January 30, as I sit at a truck stop in Kansas, the AP unit powers on but reads several fault codes which are not allowing the unit to recharge batteries, provide heat, or cool air for the truck. When I contacted New Brighton ThermoKing, I was told to bring the truck in, even after being told I was out of state. I had to locate an authorized dealer who, thankfully, was just a few miles away and had availability tomorrow.
There has not been full 90-day time frame where I have not had to stop working to fix an issue with a unit that has just reached six months old. I am less than impressed with the equipment.
Although I am disgusted at the consistent need to interact with the staff, the receptionist (Missy) at the New Brighton location has been an angel as well as the Sale Manager (Jordan). Both deserve acknowledgement for being responsive and having made the process bearable.
I would like to resolve this constant need for updates and recalibrations. The inconvenience that follows the malfunctions of this unit are costly (loss of income) and time consuming. Plus, this unit has a warranty which concerns me since after the expiration of the warranty I will be required to pay to fix a unit that has never worked properly.

I have been working with thermoking for a little over a year now and they have never let me down and always provided great service! Whether it was renting a refrigerated van for long-term rental or getting a quick replacement van when one of ours went down they always stepped up and delivered. Casey, Gwen, Ed and the whole team do a fantastic job and we will continue to work with them long into the future. Can't recommend thermoking enough for your refrigerated needs!

Send my truck to to install solar panels
My Truck was okey driver was using power inverter and fridge full of food
First of all they installed wrong panel which we do not agree on the phone
Additionally battery ground wire was off
Power inverter ground wire was cut loose
Absolutely nightmare
We try to speak to the manager not helpful at all
he said Technician wrote note it was like that
I will never Recommend no body to deal with this guys other wise you will ended up it was like this
