“The entire process was quick and easy. I stopped by on a weekend to check availability for a cargo van and spoke with Scott. He let me know inventory was tight due to the holiday season, so securing one might be difficult. I followed up with Chris the following Monday, and although he shared the same concern, he still managed to secure a van for my time-sensitive move.
Pickup was seamless—they checked my driver’s license and credit card, and I was in the van right away. After returning it, the store manager even called the next morning to make sure everything went smoothly.
For a simple rental, I wasn’t expecting such attentive customer service. The entire experience was hassle-free, supportive, and genuinely appreciated. I highly recommend this location for rentals—the staff is friendly, helpful, and goes the extra mile.”

“I came for estimate to Gold Star auto body twice. Both time the estimate was 10 times less than at numerous other shops. Last time. he not only diagnosed the problem, but exactly said what happened to my car. While other mechanics were telling me vaguely that car hit something, Brian said that the bolts for fender liner rusted out and the liner melted while brushing against the turning wheel. Job was done the next day after details arrived. Besides, Brian is very interesting person to talk to. Just a little spoiler: he pained the piano and the guitars for Prince.”

“Anthony is great! This location was unable to complete my hitch installation but Anthony was proactive about calling me right away to let me know. He was upfront about rescheduling options and extremely polite and easy to work with even though he was helping other customers with their issues at the same time. Sometimes things don't go as planned, but when that happens as long as the communication is good, I'm good!”

“Have had an outdoor spot for my 20' camper for several months, and I've continued to have great experiences with the on-site management. From my first phone call last year, and with multiple touch-points in between, they've been friendly and helpful. The keypad gate access is convenient for needing to stop by after hours, and it's always been well-lit after dark. Would recommend them for an affordable, secure place that's well-run.”

“Though the pickup spot we'd originally been sent to in Minneapolis was not open Sunday morning, a quick call sent us to a U-Haul store a few miles away. In Madison basically all we had to do was drop the vehicle at the service location in the parking lot, hop on the bicycle, and ride home on the adjacent bike path.”
“They are a centralized location , convenient for many people. I have used this location a few times now and have always been able to get a truck or van on same day or two days max, I believe. And the staff has been pretty decent. Never do I recall having any problems at this location. So, yeah!! ?”
“I called 3 different uhaul locations looking for a 26ft truck and none of them had one. I had asked a couple of them if they could check other locations to see availability and they said no. I called here and Bruce did not have the truck either but he found me one at a different location and reserved it for me. 1st class service here.”
“Truck derated due to electrical issues. Limped it to Astleford and rented a day cab to finish my delivery while my truck was being worked on. Returned the rental the next morning, went on a demo ride with the new International LT, and had my truck back in the early afternoon.
Excellent service, great rental and an overall superb customer experience. I would highly recommend Astleford for all of your International Truck needs.”

“Rented a truck. It was cool. I got done within the 4 hours. They said it was over but I don't believe it was over. But anyway the only hiccup I had was on the last trip I had to get the truck jumped. They should have gave me some money off of that but of course they didn't.”
