He let me know inventory was tight due to the holiday season, so securing one might be difficult. I followed up with Chris the following Monday, and although he shared the same concern, he still managed to secure a van for my time-sensitive move.
Pickup was seamless—they checked my driver’s license and credit card, and I was in the van right away. After returning it, the store manager even called the next morning to make sure everything went smoothly.
For a simple rental, I wasn’t expecting such attentive customer service. The entire experience was hassle-free, supportive, and genuinely appreciated. I highly recommend this location for rentals—the staff is friendly, helpful, and goes the extra mile.”
“My reefer broke down on 4/25/26 in Hudson Wi around 5am so I contacted Ryder roadside assistance and told them that I’m getting a code saying fuse bad the person that helped me said she will contact Ryder management location in Roseville and see if they can get me a after hour Tech.So they got a hold of one and said go to the one located in Roseville Mn and told me the tech is an hour away from Roseville.As I arrived the tech was waiting he’s name was Casey told me to park my truck where I’m at and wait in the waiting room, so while I was waiting I was thinking to myself man this might take a few hours I still got a route I had to finish then 40 minutes later he came out and told me I found your the issue it was your battery cable wire clamp that broke.He said I’m a let it run and get to temp to make sure nothing else is wrong so you can get back on the road and finish your route with no more issues again.And 5 minutes later I’m back in my truck less than an hour! Casey was respectful and polite also and good at his job thanks Casey! I give this place a 5 ⭐️ for the work done and would recommend this Ryder location to anyone that wants to be back on the road in no time!!!!”

“I came for estimate to Gold Star auto body twice. Both time the estimate was 10 times less than at numerous other shops. Last time. he not only diagnosed the problem, but exactly said what happened to my car. While other mechanics were telling me vaguely that car hit something, Brian said that the bolts for fender liner rusted out and the liner melted while brushing against the turning wheel. Job was done the next day after details arrived. Besides, Brian is very interesting person to talk to. Just a little spoiler: he pained the piano and the guitars for Prince.”

“Clean facility, secure and hours are flexible enough to access when I needed. There was an issue with my autopay early in my rental period and it was resolved quickly and with courtesy. Would recommend Acorn over the larger storage chains based on my experience.”

This place was great when the last company managed it. Ever since U-Haul took over it’s gone to shit. They’ve raised my rent 3 times over the past year.
On top of that, I arrived during access hours one day and the facility was closed. Texted the after hours line for help with no response. Main U-Haul hotline said they’re not sure why it’s closed, but they can’t do anything about it.
If you’re going to hike up rent, at least let me access my unit during access hours??”
“This is location is very easy to communicate with, vehicles are clean and rental accessories are clean and in good shape. The location owner is very helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process.”
“Have had an outdoor spot for my 20' camper for several months, and I've continued to have great experiences with the on-site management. From my first phone call last year, and with multiple touch-points in between, they've been friendly and helpful. The keypad gate access is convenient for needing to stop by after hours, and it's always been well-lit after dark. Would recommend them for an affordable, secure place that's well-run.”

“Though the pickup spot we'd originally been sent to in Minneapolis was not open Sunday morning, a quick call sent us to a U-Haul store a few miles away. In Madison basically all we had to do was drop the vehicle at the service location in the parking lot, hop on the bicycle, and ride home on the adjacent bike path.”

“Truck derated due to electrical issues. Limped it to Astleford and rented a day cab to finish my delivery while my truck was being worked on. Returned the rental the next morning, went on a demo ride with the new International LT, and had my truck back in the early afternoon.
Excellent service, great rental and an overall superb customer experience. I would highly recommend Astleford for all of your International Truck needs.”
