Brian replaced my fender, adjusted my head lights, and my car hood fixed. Everything came to only $350 and they got it fixed the same day I brought my car in. “Have had an outdoor spot for my 20' camper for several months, and I've continued to have great experiences with the on-site management. From my first phone call last year, and with multiple touch-points in between, they've been friendly and helpful. The keypad gate access is convenient for needing to stop by after hours, and it's always been well-lit after dark. Would recommend them for an affordable, secure place that's well-run.”

“Though the pickup spot we'd originally been sent to in Minneapolis was not open Sunday morning, a quick call sent us to a U-Haul store a few miles away. In Madison basically all we had to do was drop the vehicle at the service location in the parking lot, hop on the bicycle, and ride home on the adjacent bike path.”

“Loved the convenience of being able to pick up the truck in the early morning, but struggled with the combination lock. It was like something from the Amazing Race and I was incredibly glad I had someone there who knew you had to spin the dials multiple times before entering the code. I disliked their limited hours in the afternoon on a Saturday, but Uhaul helped me out with some issues I had with the rewritten return. I would definitely use them again, but with the caveat of only picking up and dropping off when someone was IN their office.”

“Helped me get a truck big enough to carry all of my stuff. The only drawback was that they don’t carry u-haul boxes but other than that it was a good experience”
“I called 3 different uhaul locations looking for a 26ft truck and none of them had one. I had asked a couple of them if they could check other locations to see availability and they said no. I called here and Bruce did not have the truck either but he found me one at a different location and reserved it for me. 1st class service here.”
