Best place to donate used tools and other items that would end up trashed at Savers or Goodwill. Also supports a great cause. In terms of shopping, prices seemed fair. I'm happy to pay a bit more given that it supports legitimate charity work.

I used to really love this place and the philosophy behind it but something has changed. You can donate used goods and leftover supplies to this place and the money raised helps fund housing for the needy. The Restore used to do more than that. It helped me a new homeowner to find affordable merchandise and restore my short-sale into a livable home while unemployed.More recently, management has seen fit to grossly overcharge for merchandise sometimes more than retail. Someone has taken their eye off the ball here trying to maximize profit. The Restore seems to have forgotten that they also helped the less fortunate by making used items affordable. They need to get back to their principals and I hate to think a new struggling homeowner won’t have this once great resource.

I was so excited to find ReStore. I'm from Denver and went to the Habitat store a lot. I always say...you could build a house from what you find here! The front has lovely things for inside, the back for building. You never know what you will find!

I personally love coming to see what is in stock at the restore. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a decent selection of stuff like couches, tables, chairs, dressers, bookshelves, lights, among other things. Very nice.

Great volunteer opportunity if you want to help Habitat for Humanity but don't want to swing a hammer. You also get a discount on items after your shift.

We loved going here and dropping things off and finding things but today we couldn’t drop off a few things as their policy changed. I made a statement to my husband and was verbally attacked by a store worker! My statement was that it was too bad that they had a three box minimum if tile as we found our best finds with mixing and matching in our younger day. He started making comments like they did those smaller qualities because of all the donations and how it was ran independently. I attempted to explain and he further went on to state that they don’t need to use their resources to get rid of unwanted stuff. I get that but two things I wasn’t talking to this person nor did I appreciate the way he talked to me. Since apparently you don’t need our stuff, the next time we have something we will take it elsewhere. Enjoy the drill press and grinders. Last stuff you get from us!

We made a trip today to donate a few items. We were told that donations are not being accepted due to their garage door being broken. I explained that we had made a special trip and don’t live in the area. Could we bring the items in the front door? Our response was “No”!I would think that they would be a little more accommodating. How were we to know?

I went here to look for a sofa. They had a few options but for used/donated items, they were very expensive. Most items $100+. They had a sleeper sofa that originally went for $500 new and was priced at $450. This sofa was dirty, and the pillows were stained. Lamps were $45+ and even chipped, and water-stained tables went for $60+. On the other hand, the customer service was great and the ladies working there were cheerful and really knew their regulars. Very welcoming, ensured you were taken care of, and helpful with any questions. This place had a little bit of everything for small home renovations or repairs; I just didn't find the furniture reasonable for used/donated items.

Restore: to put or bring back into existence or use: renew. Run by the Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity these stores offer a place to donate gently used items that other recyclers don't handle: Furniture, windows, doors, lighting, tools, cabinets, etc. They resale it in their retail stores. You can never tell what will be offered for sale in the stores, so plan to pursue for a few minutes when you visit.
