They were able to track down a package for me that wasn't supposed to be headed back to a sender in this area. Called me to let me know it's being shipped back to me and I was really impressed with the level of service.

Went in today to send off two packages, I used the self service kiosk for one but the second one (a padded envelope) confused me on how to send. I went inside for assistance and was greeted by a very kind and friendly woman who explained how I should have sent it for future reference but helped me at the counter anyways. She was genuinely such a doll, both my husband and I left smiling after having her assist us! I've been using this location for years and never had an overtly negative experience, sometimes there have been long waits or employees who seem tired/over it but as someone who has done CS work I appreciate the employees here every time I stop in. Thank you for serving the New Brighton/Mounds View community!

Wish I could leave 0 stars. My boyfriend went to the post office today with a package no need to pay. Just wanted receipt for tracking info. They decided to lock the doors on him at 3:30 saying they were closed. Website and signs say 5pm. And they told him to either use self service (which does not provide receipt) or go to the Roseville location. He went to Roseville with helped him in under a minute. Not sure why they chose not to assist him.

The black female worker that you had working at 3pm 04/09/25 was very rude. She does not know her job or how to speak to customers. Now I Have to go to another postal office because she is incompetent.

I came in today to ship an unusual item. The ladies at the front desk were very patient and went above and beyond, making multiple phone calls to make sure that my item was packaged properly and that I wouldn't pay too much to ship it. I have been at this location in the past and been treated quite rudely but not today, I was received by nothing but kindness. Thank you!

Extremely rude and unhelpful! If you are not a people person please do not work in this type of field. USPS,I have known many people to work for you and that took great pride please do better with who you are hiring. This specific location seems to have ongoing issues.

I would honestly give my experience 0 stars if I was able to. Supervisor that called me back to handle sensitive missing material was one of the rudest human beings I have ever encountered in my entire life and I am 37 years old. If you are reading this I will continue reaching out until you are reprimanded because treating people that way is not okay. And from reading previous comments you're probably the one treating many others the same way you treated me. You are absolutely disgusting and you have no business working for an amazing place like usps.

Came here just before 10 am. No line! In and out. Patricia was super helpful, with clear communication and timely service. I’d use this post office again.
