“This place is THE BEST. They explain everything so clearly and answer all your questions. My cat had to come in suddenly for something kind of serious so they worked around appointments to see him. Dr H. and Dr N. both were SO NICE AND GENUINE. I was getting emotional worried about my cat and one of the reception lady gave me a room alone to contain myself. The vet techs explained what was happening as well. Never experienced such kind and genuine staff. They genuinely care and help your pet in every way they can.”
“*Editing my original review from 9 years ago to add that it's now 40 years! We still bring our pets here to St Francis. Our newest furry family members see all of the vets here, and we continue to receive loving and exceptional care.* Pets in my family have been going here for over 30 YEARS - My parents took our family pets here, and even after moving to Minneapolis and trying other vets, I drive all the way across town to come back. The staff is compassionate and professional, and the office is clean and animal friendly. Dr. Blair is our primary veterinarian, and has been the only doctor my dog will let her guard down around.”

“This Edinburgh Center is the most comprehensive, conscientious, knowledgeable and caring pet clinic I’ve gone to. They are a bit more expensive, but their quality is excellent so it’s very much worth it for me and my pets. The staff is friendly and the center is always clean.
They have up-to-date equipment and are thorough in testing, always offering options for next steps.
I’ve had to put down two pets in the last 12 years due to cancers, and I was so comforted by the care of the staff. They even had a special calm, comfortable room where I could sit with them as they passed.
I strongly recommend the Edinburgh Pet Health Center. Six out of five stars!”
“After leaving my favorite vet due to moving up to Blaine, I was nervous as to what options I'd have up here in the North metro. AVC was so easy to schedule with, I love the PetDesk app! I got both my pups in together within a couple weeks. Dr Reed-Harris was exceptional with my dogs and got them all up to date on what was needed. My old lady beagle is 14 this year, and she suggested different paths to help navigate her aging body. They also have monthly wellness plans to help balance out costs and cover regular checkups. Happy to have found Advanced Veterinary Care and I am so glad my dogs are in good hands.”

“This was our second time at this clinic. The clinic is clean. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We were greeted promptly and roomed right away. The tech (Colleen) was thorough and easy to talk to. Dr. Torino made sure we knew what he was doing and what he was looking for. Lab results and our cat's diagnosis came the next morning along with recommended care and treatment options. We received the actual lab report via email - something our last vet didn't do. We've been kept well informed every step of the way. We're very happy here! The cat--not so happy but she's not driving or paying the bills.”

“I started coming to Mounds View because a friend of mine was a tech there and I knew the love of my life Mr. Peepers would be in good hands. While my friend no longer works there, the care my pets have received at this clinic has been nothing short of amazing! So far, my cats have seen Dr. Olsson and Dr. Femrite and both of these women are gems of humanity! Dr. Olsson helped me pull my cat/BFF Mr. Peepers from the brink of death when he had pancreatitis and a skin infection and Dr. Femrite went above and beyond to rescue my sweet saint of a calico Adeana after I had a bad experience at another vet. The whole staff is so great when I come in and I’m so grateful for all they have done for me and my critters!”

“I got a dog from the shelter at the end of March. He suffers from severe separation anxiety. I called for an appointment and they made space in their schedule to get me in. I was really appreciative. I have had to go back a few more times for various reasons and have always had a wonderful experience. “I’ve been going to Pet Central veterinarians for 5 years and they’re the only place that seems to know how to handle ‘high needs’ rescue dogs. They’re busier than they used to be but still excellent. I also get my dog groomed and he went from terrified of grooming to being basically fine with it so I know the groomers are good with him.”

“I've taken my cat here for three annual exams/vaccines, and once for an emergency lab. Every time I've been there, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The prices feel fair to me (the annual exam for one cat including a 1 year rabies shot is ~$130 bucks, though your price may be different, I don't know how that stuff works). The vets and techs are really great. Side note, if you have a cat that gets stressed out at the vet, ask your provider if you can pick up a gabapentin for them the day before the appointment; that helped my cat feel calm and comfortable, and I didn't know that was an option until I talked to the vet at Vet Partners :)”
“Dr. Amos and his team are solid! We've been bringing our pup here for 8 yrs and have felt well cared for. Only recently has our pup required care outside of his yearly checkups, and Dr Amos reliably returned our calls when we had questions and offered expert solutions while we navigated our pup's new unknown allergies. The staff is always kind and professional. Highly recommend!”

“Dr. Epping and his staff were exceptional with my new kitten. This was my first visit and he needed a couple of shots and they trimmed his toenails. Dr. Epping explained my kittens watery eye and put some drops in for me explaining why they were going to treat him even though it appeared to be viral. I am very impressed with their care and how they treated my kitten. He even walked out with a new toy. Thank you to Jenna the wonderful technician. Hoped I spelled her name right!!”

“Staff at Ark Pet Hospital are the best! We’ve had puppy exams/shots for a liter, follow-ups and urgent appointments with out Great Danes, even THE BEST care for a few of our Chinese dwarf & Russian White hamsters when needed.
I highly recommend you bring your animals here for excellent Vet Care & TLC. We dropped Banfield and switched all of our animals to Ark Pet Hospital.”
