I just got off the phone with the Arvig helpdesk, and I had to pause my morning to share this: they are, without question, the most competent ISP I’ve worked with — and I’ve been wrangling internet connections since the days of 28.8k modems (cue dial-up noises 🎻📞).
Arvig's helpdesk team are absolute pros. *Every* time I’ve spoken with someone there (which isn’t often — more on that in a sec), I’ve thought, “I’d hire this person for my IT team in a heartbeat.” Consistency and competence like that is rare.
To be clear, I don’t exactly have Arvig on speed dial. I’ve only contacted support maybe three times in over a year, and each time it was for some hyper-specific tech request that no normal human would ever need. For day-to-day usage? The service just works. In 15 months of service, I’ve seen only two outages: one was planned maintenance (well-communicated and short), and the other was a weather-induced blip that cleared up faster than a summer thunderstorm.
Arvig, you’re doing it right. Keep being the unicorn of ISPs 🦄💡.

I switched from Xfinity to Arvig Multiwave, and the service is just superfast. No problem with the connection, I'm loving everything about it.

Been with this company for over 5 years never missed a payment. This company have frequent outages some as long as three days. On 6/10/26 I missed a payment because I had to cancel a credit card, 6/11/26 they shut the service off no notice no nothing. You would think after being a customer for over 5 years never missing a payment they could have sent a notice or giving a grace period. Very disappointed with the way they handle missed payments there are numerous reasons a payment could be missed or overlooked. Loyalty deserves loyalty, disloyalty deserves disloyalty! I will evaluate keeping service.

I’ve never had so many issues with an ISP before Arvig. For the second time in less than a year, they have to send someone out to replace the fiber line in our apartment unit. We’re going to be without internet for several days by the time they can get a technician out here. Not to mention the connection speeds are well below what we’re paying for. So disappointing.

Just as advertised and promoted - fast and easy to sign up! I am starting new service and super helpful whenever I called in with either sales or support questions. Best internet service provider experience I have ever had. Highly recommend Arvig to anyone!

Arvig recently installed on my property and they were fast, efficient and mindful! The installer took shoes off immediately and communicated with us. Services are up and running and a very noticeable improvement when comparing to my previous provider. The team was truly amazing and I'm happy with these services.
