Our server came and asked us how dinner was and we had not even gotten it yet. Normally service is very great , not sure I would suggest this location for a holiday event. ”

“The workers were really nice to me when I came there and they were not rude disrespectful and I like this Bank location and I will be coming back there and I'll from East Saint Paul my name is Marcus Armstrong and I've been a Huntington Bank customer for a long time since TCF Bank was around before and I like the new name I just like the new design and everything I like Huntington bank and I'm going to stay with Huntington bank cuz when I go to certain locations I go to the one in West St Paul the people know me especially the one in West Saint Paul I know one person and a couple people they know me very well and I'm cool with those workers that work at the West Saint Paul Huntington Bank but this location rocks cuz I like how design is made and how to build it is laid out it looks cool looking and it looks so awesome and I'm never going to a different bank ever again go to stay with Huntington Bank and I'm going to stay with them forever and ever and I definitely remember when I first was with these prepaid cards they sucked and I could tell y'all NetSpend prepaid card sucked Aldi's prepaid cards like RushCard prepaid card by Russell Simmons The Hip Hop icon the prepaid card Diamond RushCard it sucked you could never use a prepaid card Diamond Rush card at a hotel anyone let you use it and he wouldn't let customer use it at a hotel so I got better with it but the only thing is I love Huntington Bank cuz I get to go to any Embassy Suites Hilton hotel with my bank card I love my Huntington Bank card and I love the Huntington customer service do you know how to treat customers right and treat people right how you supposed to be treated????????✊️✊️????????????”

“After having a terrible experience at a different company unrelated to a banking issue, I needed to turn off my current card and get a temporary one, so I went to Huntington and it was a breath of fresh air when I walked in and was greeted by April. I really appreciate her warm welcome and great personality throughout our interaction.”

“We needed to do a wire transfer and were unfamiliar with the process. After being turned away my the Maple Grove location, we went to this location and Kiara instantly stepped up and helped us out. She was very friendly and made the process feel easy. We really needed the transfer to go out the same day and Kiara made sure the transfer received the approvals it needed to go out. When we were on our way home, Kiara even called us to confirm the transaction went through, further easing our concerns. We are grateful for Kiara's level of service and saved us from leaving Huntington (given the poor experience we had at Maple Grove).”
