“Also, their air pump doesn't always have a "out of order" sign when not working properly which led to a flat tire!Update. I was touched by the young gentleman behind the counter yesterday. He not only assisted me by turning air pump on, he also filled all 4 tires so kind and patiently! Sadly I didn't catch his name as he deserves recognition for totally making my day that much better.”

“I came into the store and asked for postage stamps as I just got back from a trip to Maryland. I wanted to send cards to family members to give thanks. The customer service rep, Lily stated I don’t think we have them and sent me on my way. She didn’t even check. I went to another store and they were out. I went back to this location and spoke with EJ. He was exceptional and granted me the best costumer service by acknowledging my request and following through. They had stamps. When I addressed this with Lily, her response was, how many do we have……… ok. She did apologize after. Big shout out to EJ. Much appreciated!!!!! You’re the reason this service flows the way it does. -Amanda”

“These employees are very hard working , they trying to help everyone. My dad ran out of his medications, I call mayo clinic pharmacy in Rochester and I was told the pharmacist has to call them in order to change the pick up location. I went to the cvs on bass lake road in New hope the guy I met was very helpful and very professional. He told me they can do it but it may take a couple of hours and not guaranteed that it's going to be ready today, he asked me to go to another cvs locations with more staffs. I went to this location and met an amazing lady by the name Kate. After explaining it to her she call mayo pharmacy at spot and asked me to wait while they process my dad medication. Thanks to you all for helping our community. May God all mighty bless you all ameen.”

“This gas station is a bright new feature in our community under its new management in July 2022. It Now offers competitive pricing on gasoline, free vacuum service. And reasonably priced car washes.I'm sorry to say, but the local perception of the previous management was "gimmicky", with higher cost per gallon, and a free car wash. (This is completely based on my personal experience and word on the street about this speedway) However, many customers were just looking for gas. It's now a much more competitive offer with other local stations, and they won my business with the free vacuums.”

“Came here 2/5/24, Monday, to find Skor candy cars, which, are very hard to find! The Maple Grove location was clear out! The cashier was super nice and changed the price on the oatmeal when we noticed it rang up incorrectly. Clean store. I can't attest to the pharmacy because I go to Maple Grove Costco, best prices for my generic meds.”

“The service inside is always good, the people are always generally kind. The location was recently renovated so it has a good selection of your standard gas station items along with a new section for hot food prepped and ready to go. Only complaint I have is that the pumps are INCREDIBLY SLOW at pumping gas. I feel like I’m sitting there all day waiting for it to finish. The card system outside when paying is also very slow and seems like it needs a software or hardware update.”
