What are the store real hours. Because it’s not 11pm it’s always close earlier than that

Love the food there, but there is a problem with the pretzel bags. By the time I get home, the bottom is loose, and the pretzel often falls out. I usually let it slide, but this time I can’t let it anymore. When I got home it fallen to the floor this time. Pretzel and money wasted.
