I’d like to give this place a proper review but the last 4 times I’ve gone, they’ve locked to door for some sort of 45 min break. The breaks aren’t posted anywhere but the door and no way of knowing when they are. For some reason it always seems to be when I pull up and need something. I don’t give bad reviews lightly but don’t waste your time driving here. It’s probably randomly closed.

I don't shop here but I clean for the building it's in and one of the managers decides to tell her worker if I'm in there "kick her out" very Professional. Not.

Probably the worst experience I have had at a professional salon store. I was questioned about being licensed less than 5 minutes after walking in the door and was accused of stealing after walking out due to the fact I did not purchase something recommended to me. Never will I waste my money at this poorly run and managed company EVER again.

This is the worst store for black business owners to patron. The most racist staff I’ve ever encountered time and time again. The thing with these type of racist ppl is that they treat you terribly then play victim once you finally stand up for yourself. I’m sad I’ve spent a lot of money of the years turning the cheek to the mistreatment. Please do not spend your money here. They do not deserve it. Negative stars.

Never has anything I need..its frustrating when another Cosmoprof, 5 miles away has everything stocked..There should be no reason for them not to be stocked...my guess is inventory issues and them not knowing when anything arrives.. "well ya know covid". Ugh that sang is getting old, and I think its an excuse for not do what there suppose to be doing. However, life has been back up and running well over a year now..and if you don't get what I need...guess what, I just lost a lot money..THANKS!
