We just got a storage space here, moving from a location in Crystal. So far, I’m extremely impressed with their cleanliness, ease of moving things (many carts available, lift is very easy to use if you’re on the second floor), and their location. Very happy so far!

We rented a space here for our RV, but when we came by to drop it off the spot (#44, don't bother renting here if they give you that one) had a 2ft tall concrete ramp in the middle of it, I have no idea what kind of vehicle could park there. Would need a lifted monster truck or something, certainly not an RV. The woman at the desk was rude and acted like it was our fault for not coming to look at it first. She did send a refund, but when we called to confirm it would be refunded she hung up in the middle of the call. Please in the future just tell people this spot doesn't work for an RV and don't waste everyone's time!!

I love this place so much. The owner keeps a clean tight ship and I moved out of another previous storage company into this one. And now have 2 units. It’s the best place. A happy place to go to. Thank you

Great place for storage but they raised the rent on my unit by 50% after renting it for 3 months! Ridiculous. Now I have to change to another storage place again. Thanks a lot for your greed.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the conduct of the current management at your establishment. Over the course of my visits, I have not only personally experienced, but also witnessed repeated instances of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and a complete lack of empathy toward patrons.
The behavior displayed by management is consistently dismissive and disrespectful, leaving guests feeling unwelcome and undervalued. It’s troubling to observe a disregard for basic human decency and customer service standards, especially from someone in a leadership position who is meant to set the tone for the entire staff.
This is not an isolated issue. Numerous other customers have voiced similar concerns, and the growing number of complaints speaks volumes. It is also worth noting that a sudden influx of overly positive reviews within the last few hours appears suspicious and seems like an attempt to offset the legitimate criticism being shared by frustrated patrons.
I strongly urge ownership or upper management to take these concerns seriously. The current behavior is damaging to your reputation and driving loyal customers away. It is imperative that this individual undergo professional training in business etiquette, customer service, and conflict resolution—skills that are clearly lacking but essential for managing a public-facing business.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see positive changes implemented swiftly.
