I recently moved from Chicago and Great Nail was the first place I’ve visited since moving. I was a bit nervous trying somewhere new but Kathy made it such a good experience for myself! She was so nice and even more attentive to detail. I told her exactly what I wanted and she made it happen. Look forward to visiting her again soon!

Great Nails is fantastic! I've been coming here for years! Having previously been a nail tech, I'm particularly picky. I also frequently bring in designs from Pinterest, and Zuzen (pronounced Sue-yen) never disappoints! They're also friendly and welcoming.

I had a really great experience here today with Kathy! she executed my nails just perfectly and was incredibly sweet the whole time while also being very gentle! Would definitely recommend!

Wow! Great Nails is a beautiful place it a place where one can relax. The nail tech are awesome make feel right at home. They do excellent Nail art! I would recommend them anytime 5 stars

I showed her a picture of the nails i wanted and she did this.. i said i didn't want my coffin nails wide and she still did them wide .. i actually cried when i got home i hate my nails and then she charged my $80 for something that wouldve costed $60 at my original shop and illegally asked my to pay the POS fee which we learned in business class that they shouldn't do that .. only giving 2 stars cuz they are very nice but no dont go there.
And since i cannot responded to your comment i will add here because I dont take lightly to threats I did not talk bad about nails I said my nails were not lasting because a couple had popped off in less than two weeks however I like going to love nails and i like how one particular tech does my nails, they just be popping off early so i tried your shop to see if they would last not because I was insatified
Your technique missed me .. the design was ugly the lines arent clean the shape is ok but do i love it no because i told you i didnt want them wide i actually always tip i didnt tip you cuz i didnt like them but i dont argue in nail shops and i dont care where you post my picture you asked for a review i said exactly how i feel .. i literally cried to my mom when i left cuz i didnt like them so be mad but I wouldn’t recommend nobody to come there and honestly i wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to any shop by my house at-least not for anything other than a pedicure now
