I've been using Health 4 Life for the past year now. I them over Factor because they are locally based in the Twin Cities. Each meal cost about $10.00 each, cheaper than many fast food options. The meals are very tasty and controls the portions.

My wife and I have been using these meals for 5 weeks now and are well pleased with how they are working out. They are well-made, diet-conscious, and pretty good tasting. Local pickup has been a breeze, and they are always on time. Packaging is exceptional. Best of all, we have lost 10 pounds each over the first 5 weeks.
