Ideal place for families. They have a large variety of exercise machines and free weights. An indoor pool. An indoor basketball court. It's busy weekday evenings but there are always machines open and access to the free weights.

Unsafe. Guy runs amok and talks awful to many women. Another Guy who waves around his raggedy board member title does nothing. Many other gyms attended. All are way better than this clown show. Nobody I care for will even drive past this place without knowing this. There were 3 staff that were ok. Looks like others have suffered the same thing, based on other reviews. Awful. I have ADHD. I was told to go to Lifetime. I have. A couple other ex New Hope Y members are there too. Hmmm interesting. Be warned. Old, not updated, and inappropriate and not just the aesthetics, the culture and belief system.

Love this gym! They have a variety of engaging classes, and love that there is a pool and hot tub here too!

Never have I ever walked into an establishment and listened to an employee giving a member the fifth-degree about what he's there to do and that his membership is no good when it was clearly active. I thought she wasn't going to call the police for a moment only to have the comments continue in the locker room and negative remarks being made, untill he grab his stuff and left.. I think I will clearly be canceling my membership at this point. Our community needs major help.

I have been calling this location for 6 MONTHS inquiring about child care. I left message after message no response. Nothing online to verify if there are openings. It’s very frustrating to say the least smh.

Discourteous front staff. Didn’t care to answer any questions about memberships. The individual at the desk literally was slumped over in his chair on his phone. It was clear that I was inconveniencing him, trying to learn more about the membership. I stayed to try to speak to Nina; she ignored me. I’m not going to waste my time describing that Situation. The only person who has actually been helpful is Mark Lhrke—- and I didn’t even meet him. I left him a voicemail complaining and telling him of the issue. He must’ve reached out to Nina because she called me and left a voicemail letting me know that someone would call about a membership later that day. Well, I never received that phone call. Clearly customer service, and being helpful, is not what this location strives for. Go to a different location.

I feel that the YMCA needs to be a little more strict about patrons showering before entering the pool area. I thought a pandemic would change this but nope!

Recently joined and was disappointed to see that this location has most of their non-senior classes (bodypump, spin cycling, HIT) canceled meaning I have to drive to ridgedale.

I went to the gym earlier this year, and I had an overdue balance for the month of May. I was notified of the overdue balance by mail at the beginning of October. The balance was due by October 10th, and at the conclusion of the 10 days notice they sent my information to a collection agency. I didn't even have the time to get a paycheck to pay the balance. I didn't expect much from this business, but a little more notification would not have been too much to ask.

It’s okay nothing special. I’m a new member I wasn’t given a tour and what’s worse the customer service is awful. However the childcare staff are friendly to my child and I . So that’s why the three stars otherwise I’d give a zero. Also they should have night time child care so working out is more possible not everyone can step away from the kiddo to workout so I rely on childcare so I can workout . Improving on that and customer service will improve the whole experience and not skimming out on tour for new members or new to your location members.it was a awful start.

Not the friendliest staff (much worse on Sundays when they dont want to be there- boo hoo- go find a different job if it doesnt make you happy.) Facility is clean, parking is nice. it's not far from where I live otherwise maybe I'd consider other options.Edit: upped it to 4 stars because the Mon-Fri staff is great
