We can't speak more highly of Mary Rose and the staff at the Public Storage on 36th Ave.
in New Hope. We have used multiple storage facilities over the past 20 years and I can honestly say that I have never seen or spoken with any of those caretakers after moving into those facilities. This is not the case with Mary Rose. It is very common to see and speak with her while on-site, and she is always available if one needs assistance. Most definitely 5 Stars!

Mary Rose was a 15/10 person to work with here at Public Storage. I had an interesting situation to deal with in terms of moving and figuring out storage and she made the process go seamlessly! She reassured me of any concerns that I had and turned a messy situation into a simple one. Mary is the best!
