Not actually New Hope Coin Laundry as it says in the name like they are trying to act like they are. Go to the real New Hope Coin Laundry on Winnetka Avenue next to Unique Thrift Store and Dollar Tree which is a much better laundromat.

The person attending was wonderful and the place was really clean and welcoming. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the ATM charged me the usual $3 fee (which I understand), but then I was charged an additional $2.50 which was not disclosed.

GREAT, cozy place for LATE night laundry needs (open ‘til 1am)! Been here multiple times, front door parking available, ALWAYS open washer & dryers, nice LONG folding table. BEST thing about this place is CUSTOMER SERVICE! Recently had problem using credit card on JUMBO 8x dryer. After trying to swipe card a dozen times, I contacted posted phone number & IMMEDIATELY got reply back. DIDN’T have to take wet, washed clothes elsewhere to dry. Mike, the owner REMOTELY started dryer for FREE and apologized for inconvenience. If you’re looking for a QUICK place to get your clothes washed CLEAN, this is a GREAT place to go. And for only $3, standard dryers will dry your clothes FAST! I LOVE going here and so will YOU!

They’ve gotten so dirty there it’s gross. Last time I was there I walked in and walked right out. Its s really to bad bcs I liked goin there.

A small laundromat with limited room because of the laundry carts. Washers are supposed to take credit cards, but I could not get any of my credit cards to work. Washer also ate a quarter, so I had to pay extra. The dryers seemed expensive. The single bathroom is unisex and wasn't horribly disgusting. Probably one of the nicer laundromats I've been too.

Good experience— clean machines, WiFi worked well, plenty of space. Only comment is that while washers take credit cards dryers are quarters only! ATM in building and change machines work and take up to $20 bills.

Card payment is not working not even the Apple Pay. Very inconvenient especially when I have to withdraw money from the atm and gets charged for $3. Some washer and dryer are dirty too.

Credit card option didnt work on any machine I tried. Then paying cash it didn't recognize the last two quarters I put in.

This place is Amazing! There’s so much good things I can say about this Laundry mat . It’s always clean and the machines have the option to pay with card . The cleaning lady is always kind and attentive to what customers need. They offer free water bottles and candy in case you need a little pick me up ? in my opinion it’s the only decent Laundry mat in the Are too all the others are ran down and always messy . If I could give this place a higher rating I would !!! I do wish they would have a vending machine but the gas station is right across the street so no big deal !

Always very clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Lower prices on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Definitely recommend!

This place is always clean and everything I'm in here all the machines are amazingly clean and available. They have free water and candy for customers & free WIFI is a plus !
