Got the works+ package, my sunroof was still dirty and the dryer cloth spinners didnt work at the end they kinda just tapped the side of the car and then raised back up but otherwise it was okay. Probably wouldnt pay the 21 for works+ again though if my car with still have dirt in some areas.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: This location has gone downhill tremendously. The Tri color foam they claim is false advertisement, it is now just a single foam with LED lighting effects ( not that it should matter, but using it as a false selling point is straight up false advertising)The vertical scrubbers are missing half of the felt scrubbing belts, the drier brushes, when they actually do work, do not touch a full size truck ( I would guess its even farther away for a car). Both of our trucks are not clean when they come out of the wash. I have contacted customer service about this a few times, but they are basically passing it along to the site manager, who has yet to contact me after a week. Is this the new standard for Tommy's car wash??

This is how my windows ALWAYS look when I leave this location. I’ve gone back 3 times to try and give them the benefit of the doubt. The last machine always rubs soap against a my windows. I’m going to try Mister Car wash, if that works, I’m canceling my membership today.

He was very friendly, good energy, and serviced us with a smile. He was able to explain one of the washing services for us with no problems. Was 5 stars, however my vehicle is not getting as clean as once before. Otherwise, clean location with lots of options for the level of clean you choose. Great customer service and even floor mat washers! Top tier wash can easily be justified for monthly subscription with unlimited washes...

Not even sure where to start about Charlie! What a great guy. Not sure if my jeep just stands out in the crowd or if he just remembers people! He’s so helpful. His smile is beautiful and he’s just a great genuine guy. You guys certainly pick the best.

Have a membership out of Florida. Drive a Ford Dually and this location is extremely tight to make that turn to get lined up with the conveyor belt. Worker did a great job of getting me lined up so no issues there. The wash didnt seem as thorough as other locations I have used as I had to go around and kinda finish the job as I did not want to go thru the hassle of getting lined up again to do it again. All in all, for cars I am sure it would be fine, but for my Truck not the greatest for what you pay.

Charlie was a guy who came up to Mr and offered to clean off my floor Matt's, and he did a great job! Absolutely fantastic service, and he was extremely friendly as well as the staff that put me through the car wash, I will never use another car wash again!

I had a great time at the car wash and gas station! The worker (Lucas) at the car wash was amazing. He carried a great big smile which brightened my day. He was a very helpful/happy worker.
