Have been going here for 2 years. I like that their rewards plan is based on the amount you spend which goes towards credit. It usually felt impossible to buy so many bags of food before you got one free. Sue knows her stuff.

We’ve been going to Total Dog Co. since they opened. They carry top of the line dog food and supplies. If it’s not there, they can always order what you need. Wonderful place.

Fun shop with top of the line pet products. I appreciate that the items for sale are some of the best food, treats and care items for my dog. Big box stores are overwhelming with the variety and knowing what's best for my dog. I appreciate they make the selection easy for customers by selling top notch pet products. I live one hour away, so I don't frequent often but enjoy shopping here and choose to make it a stop when I am passing thru. Thank you for your service to the pet owner community!!

Don’t go to the store. Apparently if you exchange food two times the owner will ban you from purchasing any more food. The store clerk was extremely rude to me. I was just testing out a few options for my dogs and I was never told that they don’t allow returns because they certainly took my two previous purchases back. No problem, I came into the store today to purchase the food that my dogs really like and I was told by the sales clerk that the owner put a note on my account that I am not allowed to purchase food any longer, and I have been banned from the store This is a really disgusting business. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Recently relocated to the Minneapolis area and needed to switch my pooch from Purina to a healthy brand. The staff was super friendly and equally as excited about me making the switch! The girl working the register was super cute with her funky hair colors and very knowledgeable about the brands in store. She answered all of my questions and helped me pick out a new brand that met my pooch’s needs.They have a reward system that’s pretty good. This is particularly great for me bc I also had my sister switch her dogs to the same brand.I’ve been back about four times and each visit has been just as pleasant as the first.Happy I found them!

I love the personal service and the way we are treated everytime we go there!!! Orijen Tundra is hard to find and so is Regional Red. My puppy gets the best of the best and they always have it in stock!!
