Very high prices on most items. Way more than other stores in the area.

Someone needs to wake up management and remind them that they are running a THRIFT STORE,not Marshalls! The prices are crazy! People in the community donate (free) their unwanted /unneeded items so they can be resold at a deep discount, to help others in the community. Not for Unique to get greedy and mark prices so high that, in alot of cases its cheaper to buy new..It would make sense if the building had some upgrades or money was spent cleaning up the place but, no. Instead , there's the new self checkouts and security guard? Again, these are FREE, DONATED ITEMS, what is the security guard guarding? The self checkout lanes?, they may have made sense maybe back in the day when the store used to be extremely busy. Now, its a waste of money as you have lost so many of your customers , it doesn't even get busy enough to justify them!!After seeing what you are doing with the donations, my family iis no longer donating to Unique. We want no part of this greedyness. We will continue to drive a bit further and donate to Value Village.Management should be so ashamed!!.

High prices for a thrift store. Used to be better. Used to have changing rooms too.You can find some items at a good price, might be difficult some weeks, and the exchange policy is fine. I like that it's well organized, typically has a wide selection for things. There are often coupons or deals that let you get a slightly better price so it's worth it in those cases.

We used to come here all the time and loved what we would find. My brother liked this thrift store the best because it had a good amount of stuff for men. The prices were okay, however they had 50% off before holidays and had deals throughout the week. Now the prices are expensive. I could go to Target for something brand new for a few bucks more. Please bring back 50% off days.

The new self checkout is a joke. Need assistance every time. Prices have been doubled to pay for it. Still mostly junk on the shelves. I see tons getting donated daily but little new in store.

No dressing rooms??? Yeah, I'm not buying anything I can't try on. I won't be back, and I don't recommend this place. Go to Arc Value Village down the road instead!

Self checkout at a thrift store? It's an introvert thrifter's dream! Had a great experience and can't wait to go back and bring friends!

This place used to be amazing, now it’s incredibly expensive. They seem to forget that all of these products were donated and are used? Really disappointed in the pricing choices. Would be buying a whole lot more of prices were reasonable. I hope they figure it out cuz they are losing lots of customers.

Visually its changed for the better. They've completely gotten rid of the changing rooms... So yeah.

A lot of the clothes here look old and are not high quality. I found a few nice things, but they were expensive. Some sweatpants and sweaters were $15-$19. You can get brand new clothes for those prices on Amazon or at a store on sale. I don't plan on shopping here again because of the high prices.

Pricing has gotten out of control. Scratched up games that may not work $7.99. Over priced toys with missing parts $4-6. DVDs $2.99. Someone needs a reality check. I spend a lot of money here, but the way things are going I’ll be looking elsewhere. You’re better off buying off eBay with higher quality for what they charge.

Pure thrift grift. I stopped in today and put all the items I was interested in back on the shelf because the prices are too high. I looked at a couple paperback books and they're now being priced closer to the $4.50 mark, scuffed up and mass produced art prints are $20. This place isn't worth your hard-earned money.

Prices have gone through the roof, no longer a thrift store, more like a grift store. Also hard to find help from employees, sometimes the front of the store is abandoned. CDs are $4. Vinyl is the same or more.. Just go to a real record store like Mill City Sound, you'll find higher quality items for even cheaper sometimes, but tested and clean. In fact, go to any other store for anything and you'll come out on top.
