“Granite city went above and beyond, but what do you really call it when a place makes that their standard. I recently came in on a Saturday evening, during their dinner rush, after having ordered my families dinners from the office. They were slammed like they always are but as soon as I walked in they greeted me and made me feel like a priority. Although my order wasn't yet prepared, most likely as a result of when I had ordered ahead, they immediately moved to remedy the situation. They took care of me, offered a discount on our meals and didn't even blink while doing it. We chose granite city for the staff and their dedication to us whether ordering to go or dining in. I wasn't in the best mood when I walked in but they changed when I left thanks to the staff.”
