“Wonderful customer service!! I had tried this jacket on in the store and didn’t buy it right away. Had my mom go back to get it and she mailed it to me as I don’t live in town. There was a flaw in the jacket and when I contacted Ali about it, she was so kind and helpful. I shipped the jacket I had and luckily they had another one in my size and Ali shipped it to my house. I was so excited to get this. Absolutely love this jacket, lots of compliments today when I wore it for the first time. I’ll be back to shop in the store! Love the styles that these ladies show.”
