Edel's has the highest quality animal flesh anywhere in the world. I buy my Easter ham every year from this place. Do you have a puppy? Bring home their delicious pig ears for your furry friend. Actually, I really don't know if pig ears are delicious, but my dog can devour one in 1 minute and 47 seconds.”

“Best meat market around. Awesome jerky and beef sticks. Their reg and spicy 1lb ground sausage is amazing. Smoky meats, great house seasoning, and special finds when you go in. Definitely worth the drive out to New Prague. Highly recommend!”
