My daughter and I have been here since February, and we are so happy to call East Gate home and plan to for many years. We have met wonderful neighbors and Miranda has been the best property manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We feel safe here and I love getting notified of things going on in our little community! Anyone would be lucky to call East Gate home :)

I have lived here for going on 3 years now and it is a great place to live. I love how quiet it is and how Miranda the manager takes care of this place Also with maintenance I put in a work order and within days my order is fixed or parts ordered. It is close to restaurants, school's, parks, grocery stores and downtown New Prague

The manager communicates very effectively for both concerns and for public notices on projects/ happenings. This community looks out for everyone and listens to concerns. I would recommend this to families or couples. My fiancé and I love our 2 bedroom unit! We also love how close the community is to the metro. We have our small town feel but can make it up to the metro in no time.

A+ to management and maintenance here! always great with communication and making sure the property safe. this will be my four year here with mt now fiancé in our 2 bed 1.5 bath and be love it! the community here is great!

If you want to be the one in your friend group with renting horror stories live here. The list of issues and misteps we had to put up with are to unbelievable, not to mention numerous to share on this review. Trust me, only rent here as a last resort.

I recently moved out. We had roaches and mold along with other neighbors! drug dealers moved it and has made it an even worse then it already was. Management never responds and there seems be to a new manager each year. Also if you have kids dont let them use chalk you’ll get a write up and fine

If only I could rate this place a Zero. only person apart of this rental management was and still is the maintenance man who was always kind and respectful, so to the man I can't remember the name of thank you. now on to the entirety of this review.. I moved in here with my Significant other on January 15th 2020, on what we thought was going to be good.. Well other then having to clean up after contractors and making sure screws and nails were not on our carpets we moved forward, mid March 2020 we get a new manager, who was nice and respectful just like the first, but with everything on his plate he couldn't handle everything that was going on, kids roaming the parking lot with no supervision pictures on their site with a playground which isn't there due to a different lawsuit.. I can't tell you how many times we have had police here to either check on something or someone, we place in work orders that are never truly fixed. or even looked at. (I'll get back to this soon), this place is definitely not the place to live for anyone! The reason I say this?we had a toilet overflood due to poor maintenance, and previous tenants blocking the pipes with "stuff" well it soaked not only the upstairs but the downstairs aswell with so much water it was really really bad.. I have 2 young children that live with me and my Significant other and we are scared that we have mold we tested for mold and what do you know we have mold in the carpets.. the management here is terrible better hope you don't have anything wrong in your place because they won't do truly anything about it. So it's now April 2021 our lease is up.. we will NEVER ever come back to this management EVER again, and I suggest you do the same as they do not care about tenants or about the situations in the tenants townhome.

Maintenance guy is too rude. Do NOT recommend living here. Called the tenant an idiot. Called the emergency number on Sunday, and did not hear back from them until Monday afternoon. Problem wasn't fixed until Tuesday afternoon. Very poor and immature customer service.
