This is by far one of the worst Hy-vee's. Every time I go there, yogurt expired, milk expired, quality of veggies are mediocre at best. Disappointed. If it was one day expired, I'd understand, but 5 days is ridiculous.

Great selections! I often go there for quick prepared entrees that I can supplement with a salad, vegetable, or dessert for a complete meal. Was a real time-saver during periods when I need to work late and couldn't get a full meal prepared for dinner.
The Asian-themed menu is freshly made - I prefer the quality over the foods prepared by the local Chinese restaurant!

Had an issue with payment, no resolution just was told they didn't know what is wrong even tho there was money in my account so I had to leave all the items and to another store to get what we needed

I'm not from this state, but it's I was, I would be a regular here. I was in the area for a week, eating out is pricey, but their deli meats were great, all types of meals prepared, Asian, American. I enjoyed this place very much.

I needed groceries, they had groceries. That worked out pretty well. They used to have hero parking spots (military, veteran, first responders) but the sign is gone now. Only reason for 3 stars instead of 5.
Edit: hero parking spaces are back. Bumped up to 5 stars

Has chicken , Chinese food, and Michelle makes the best sushi in town. Very friendly service you can grab a to go order or dine in as you wish. Highly recommend.

10:30 a.m THURSDAY,JULY 3RD
I usually shop at this store because it’s close to home, but my recent visit was frustrating. The self-checkout machines were glitchy—mine froze halfway through scanning, and no staff were nearby to help. After waiting several minutes, an employee finally came over but seemed annoyed, like I was bothering them. The machine had to be restarted, and I had to rescan everything, which wasted even more time. To make things worse, the card reader kept declining my perfectly fine card until I moved to a different kiosk. I get that self-checkout is supposed to be convenient, but this experience was anything but, I took my business elsewhere due to the employee running the self check out.
