“I have used Walgreens photo shop at multiple locations for years and have been very pleased. On a recent visit to New Prague, my order was delayed beyond the time it was scheduled due to a machine having gone out of service. Kelly did a great job of customer service by explaining the delay and communicating the order status as she did her best to prioritize my order, as I was there waiting.”
“Huge thank you to employee Ashlyn Ericksonn working Saturday March 11 at “Little Dukes” check out. My husband and I stopped in for a few things after church. Wouldn’t you know it, neither of us had our wallets. Not a big deal. It wasn’t anything we could live with out. But, Ashlyn, bless her, asked if we had Apple Pay. I only have Venmo. She said she would pay for it and I could pay her. Also, stating she didn’t want us to have to go somewhere else. “When I went to pick up my medication this morning, the pharmacy was busy. Once they saw that more than one person was waiting they paged for another staff member to come and assist the pharmacy. This allowed me to get my prescriptions and things that I needed quickly without much of a wait time at all. Tom, the Associate who assisted me with my medication purchase Was kind and courteous”
