James has gone out of his way to be friendly, and kind to my family. He responds with warmth when my sometimes overly friendly grandchildren and their friends are playing in the yard. One cold spring day, he even took time out of his tight schedule to quickly show my grandson how to correctly (and safely!) jump start my car. Each time I see him he is friendly and warm.

It is a great feeling to see James passing through the neighborhood. You are wise to employ someone such as James, who while always staying very professional, seems to truly understand how to connect and relate to those he meets.
