I absolutely love this Subway, whether I go in or order off of the app the people are friendly and make you feel welcome. The manager is a sweetheart and does a great job at running this place. Always a clean place, I've seen others where there are garbages overflowing or sticky tables and such, but from the parking lot to the counter it's always clean.

This is honestly one of the best subways I have been to, the customer service is always top notch and even when they are busy they still work through the line of people very quickly and efficiently. The manager and employees are always very kind and helpful, I’m glad to have such a good place to eat here in New Prague!!

Ordered off the app sandwiches made the wrong way not once not twice but 5 times in one week finally got to speak with the owner and manager and after voicing my opinion and after proving they didn’t toast my sandwich they still took the employee side over the customer pics prove my point plus asked for more olives and barely any on the sandwich and none on my wife’s sandwich which she asked for the same thing they then went as far after finally giving us our refund to calling the police to have us trespassed off the property

Staff was very friendly. The inside and parking lot were very clean. The inside looked like it had been updated in the last few years.They seemed to have everything in stock and ready to go there was no wait for product. I visit here a few times a month.

You have to understand that this Subway was legitimately good enough for me to leave a review. It was the nicest, cleanest Subway I've ever been to. The food prep area was spotless. My sandwich was the best I've had at a Subway in years. The service was prompt, friendly, and portions were generous(within reason) I am SO impressed. Whoever is managing this location is by far the best representation of the brand I've ever seen. KEEP. IT. UP. Seriously. 10/10.

I only have the complaint that every time I order a toasted sub. I never get a toasted sub. We order online so we aren't there to watch it happen. Might try it once in person to actually get a toasted sub. Maybe that's the issue.

Restaurant was clean. Isaiah was ready to help me and paid attention to detail to make sure my sandwhich was exactly how I ordered it. Followed up to make sure my order was complete and I didn't need additional sandwhiches, drinks or chips. Great overall experience!

Ordered online and I got fresh food and the delivery guy forgot to grab my drinks but the associates were nice and allowed me to coke and pick the drinks up. Very clean place and nice workers and good food!

I hate doing bad reviews. But the last 6 or so times I’ve ordered here, my sandwich is always wrong! And today it was so bad I couldn’t even eat it!! The people there are always so nice and great! It’s a shame. I’ll be ordering somewhere else from now on.
