Mail “missing” or damaged. I’m not sure if the mailman thinks I’m The person who lived here before, and he had a problem with them. But my packages are coming broken and stuffed in my mailbox or the delivery says “unknown recipient” but I receive my utilities and phone bill just fine.

Terrible service they must put Amazon as priority and leave the mail bags sit until they can get to them. If your waiting for a letter you need wait 12 to 14 days from SD. Don't have your mail reissued more than likely it still on its way. I think there back to using horseback for mail.

The Postal works didn’t get payed 8/16/24 and are there vacation are getting declined even mouths out in advance. The Government/Post Master is forcing them to work with delayed pay and no vacation allowed. Our Postal carriers get treated like trash.

I have a small Etsy shop and mail packages frequently. The service inside the post office is always friendly and fast. I have never once been helped by someone who wasn't kind and had a smile on their face. Neighboring communities have reduced mail delivery to one a week because if lack of help (imagine!!). You are doing an amazing job, New Prague. We appreciate you. Thank you!

Worst mail delivery and package delivery experience ever. Of all cities and states lived in between Minnesota and Wisconsin. The person who handles delivery of mail and packages needs to be fired. The person can't drive close enough to the mailboxes to save his life. I'd be seriously concerned if they tried to stay within the lanes in downtown Saint Paul or Minneapolis. Either that or just absolutely to lazy to step 1 foot outside the truck or to lean out to open the mailbox. This is evident by the fact packages are 90% of the time not even brought up to the door and instead left in front of the garage. Just normal packages. It's understandable if it's a huge package like if you ordered furniture to be delivered. But so far it has been a terrible experience with the delivery of anything in this city. And it is quite evident with the recent reviews of these shenanigans the usps of new prague wants to play. No delivery of mail constant problems and poor service.

Mail man withheld mail because he didn’t like how often i cleaned the mailbox. This was after i told him he was delivering mail to me for multiple people who do not live at this address.Just a lazy person looking for a reason to not do his job. Reported to local authorities to see if there is anything I can do to get my mail.

The New Prague Post Office has the worst delivery practices. I wonder how they would like their own deliveries delivered the way their customers do? 4 years ago I had to replace my mailbox because it was broken by them jamming packages in it. They continue the lousy service by not delivering large packages to the door and leaving jammed in snow and mailbox area. Horrible service. I moved here from Massachusetts and I have never had horrible service like this till I moved to New Prague 7 years ago. Obviously they do not care!

Talk about lazy mail carriers just leave the packages in the snow. Because he was too lazy to walk through a little snow to get to my front step. Next time please put packages on my front step.

I arrived at a busy time, there were 4 people in the lobby with me and I was very impressed by how Kelly and the other employee were handling it. The wait time was not excessively long and I still felt I had their full attention when it was my turn. Kelly took the time to explain my options to me and helped me find the best option for my needs. Although she had many tasks she was in the middle of; she came to the desk to help with the lobby of customers. She was friendly, knowledgeable and offered fast and accurate service! I’ve only heard negative things about our town’s postal office but this experience has changed my outlook! I appreciate all of the work our postal workers do for our community and I wish people would be kinder to them.

I have had trouble with the mail going out to be picked up. This week saw the mail person open and toss in my mail and he looked at the two letters to be picked up and just walked away flag up and all.
