The pharmacy technician check my information and took my prescription to be filled she said it would take 10 minutes I sat there for a half hour she made an error. I had to go to the pharmacist and have him check to see where the error was. He then filled it within 3 minutes

The pharmacist at this location was actually working against me to get the correct prescription needed for an antibiotic.She wrote down the wrong name of the antibiotic (completely misspelled) and then told me to call around myself, when they have the option to look it up in their system to see if other locations have it. She should be fired if this is how she handles getting help to sick people in need. Very unprofessional and rude as well. They also laughed at me on my way out the door.

Very nice people! Even when they are short staffed they make sure to get what you need and apologize if they can't or mess up! Definitely recommend!!!

Normally the drive-thru isn't very busy. We've only had a handful of issues here. Today though, we sat behind one guy in the drive-thru for 20 min. I hope in the future that if there are issues with a prescription, the person would be asked to leave the drive-thru and come inside.

I have been a close business partner of Walgreens New Prague for some time. I have never had any issues until today. I recently ordered an EpiPen Injector and they sent me home with one that expires in less than 6 months (usually can get them around a 2 year expiration period). These epipens are not cheap (over $100 a pen). Upon realization the very next day of the short expiration, I brought the epipen back to return and upon speaking to the pharmacist, no apologies were off

They are awesome with all our meds & very knowledgeable with all of them & insurance. Super helpful & friendly staff. They all know me when I come in. Highly recommended!
