“I called buff kings in New Ulm to schedule an interior cleaning for my trailblazer expecting to have to wait a couple days to a week but they were able to squeeze me in the next morning right away. The interior of my trailblazer was in such rough shape with some really sticky and extremely difficult stains to remove as well as food that my toddler had thrown around in the back seat that caused my vehicle to stink.I left my vehicle with them for the day and I came back to get into what felt like a brand new car! I was so impressed the interior has NEVER looked and smelt so good. They were able to get all the stains out that I thought for sure would still be there! They did such a great job and for the condition my vehicle was in before..the price was affordable. Very friendly people and great quality work!Services: Auto interior vacuuming”

“Staff is friendly and professional. I brought my daughter’s Mazda in on Monday for an oil change and walked to a nearby eye doctor appointment. Techs discovered a nail in the rear tire. When they couldn’t contact me, they called my daughter to okay the tire repair. Both were completed before I was done with my eye appointment. Tuesday I brought in my Toyota for an oil change. Techs found that my battery failed the test they performed and guided me in choosing a suitable replacement. I like coming to Heartland for oil changes, because each Black Friday I purchase coupon books from them for discounted oil changes and other services.Services: Battery”

“I've purchased a couple vehicles here and have been treated well and received a fair deal. There were some mechanical issues with the recent vehicle but these were handled and resolved fairly. I have also had various service and maintenance done at the service center and they have always done a very good job at a good price. Not overly speedy but I'm aware when I come in how long it will take (and they have "fresh baked" cookies while you are waiting :-)”

“I had an appointment to have our oil changed as we were heading out of town MEA weekend. They took my car to the back and quickly came up with our cabin air filter which has clearly been chewed on, they wanted to verify that it would be ok to replace with a new one so they wouldn't surprise me with an extra charge and to be clear as to why it needed to be replaced. They came back a short time later to let me know that my tires would also need to be replaced VERY soon as one of them was at 0% left. We knew we would need to have them replaced before winter, but didn't realize how bad the one actually was. They replaced them very quickly for us and got us on the road for our vacation. With a fresh oil change, new cabin air filter and new tires! We have always been very happy with our service at Chuck Spaeth Ford and Quick Lane.”
