“I had my vehicle here for hail damage repairs and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Tyler was absolutely great to work with. He was always quick to respond, answered any questions I had, and made the whole process super easy.
They got my vehicle in and out in a very timely manner, which I really appreciated. One thing that really stood out to me was that Tyler came in after hours so I could pick up my vehicle since I work during normal business hours. That meant a lot and showed how much he truly cares about his customers.
When I picked up my vehicle, I was so happy with how it looked. You couldn't even tell it had hail damage! The complimentary vacuum was also a nice surprise and definitely appreciated.
Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Tyler and his team to anyone needing vehicle repairs!”

“Highly recommend Auto Value! My daughter’s headlight was out and she was panicking thinking we’d have to take it in and it would cost a bunch of money. I said let’s go here first, they know their stuff and can help! We walked in and a guy working immediately greeted us. I asked if they sell headlights and if they are able to change them as well… The guy said yes it just depends on the model so he came out to look at her car and said oh yeah this is really easy. He then went to his own vehicle and got his own tools out and started working on removing what needed to be done to replace her headlight. It did end up being a little bit more difficult than planned, but he went and looked up how to do it and figured it out. He was so kind and so helpful. He then helped replace her wiper blades. When he was done, I asked his name, it was Dan. Dan was so insanely helpful so insanely kind and I will definitely go back. It was also a very positive experience for my 17-year-old daughter. The people working there are so knowledgeable and so helpful.”
