I didn't get food because the bathrooms were filthy and the garbages were overflowing. It didn't seem like a healthy place to get food. When I mentioned the dirty women's bathroom to one of the employees on 4/3/25 he seemed indifferent to the situation.

I stop in the morning from time to time when I need a quick bite to eat. But more often than not, they don't have food in the warming cabinets, or it is obviously older than it should be. Between the hours of 6am and 9am, there should always be food in the warming cabinets.

As a previous employee here, I can say it would be an amazing place to be if the district manager wasn't so rude and careless about the employees. And the new ulm store manager is no good. He over works employees because he doesn’t keep the schedule organized. He tells the employees that they are not entitled to days off!! And he makes all the other employees fix his problems, and do HIS job (the GM) I love the employees there tj, andrew, Gloria, Bella, Jackson, Josie, Paula, and Mary are all so amazing and make the work place fun! They ALL need a raise! Unfortunately the GM and DM need to go!

Waited 25 minutes more than the estimated time for pizza, meanwhile the person in the kitchen was on his phone talking while cooking... so his gloves were touching his phone while he was making pizzas. Gross. When he brought out the pizza, he didn't even end his phone conversation. The pizza is sloppy and you can tell he did not care. This is shameful!

I just ordered 2 pizzas. Spent $30 and had to feed them to my dogs. They were terrible. Half of one pizza had no toppings. Not even sauce! They tasted terrible! I don't know if it was old sauce, old meat, or old cheese. Just awefull. Would give zero stars if it were an option. I'm very disappointed. Will never order again.
