I was working with the insurance agency to get new insurance for homeowners. The agent I worked with for 2 months hadn't replied to multiple emails over a week later at a time. I told him to send a quote to a company, a week and a half later he asked if I wanted it sent out. That is unexceptable customer service.

My debit card constantly gets hacked from citizens bank.... And so have many of my friends and the first thing they do is deactivate it. Without listening to anything , I have to say....VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I felt that my experience with citizens was rude. I called and checked on my application status and was told "you don't call us, we call you. "
