Our Bierclub came up from Lincoln Nebraska for Bockfest. We had pizza wings and drinks and the staff and establishment was amazing!!! Felt welcomed and treated like friends . Thank

Waited for over an hour for my food to come out after an excuse from the manager about an appetizer that slowed the rest of the party's food. Once the food did come out, the food was cold and prepared

We stopped here for the first time and we were very disappointed in the food. We both had walleye, mine had several bones where as my boyfriend's had zero. They have no tartar sauce to give you with your fish. They have their own sauce they make which is a garlic mayo mixture. It was horrible! They had no potatoes what so ever so we chose a salad. (And I love potatoes!! ?)The cheese curds, broccoli (no seasoning), fries and the soup (which was amazing) all were good. The waitress was amazing and very attentive! Don't think we will be back, unfortunately....

We normally love green mill and have always had great food in the past. Service has sometimes been hit and miss but we know how to be patient and enjoy the atmosphere there so it hasn’t bothered us in the past. Most recently we were having a birthday party at the best western attached hotel and had preordered 3 pizzas and submitted payment info ahead of time as requested. At the time the pizzas were supposed to arrive, none did. We went to check on them and they had not made our pizzas. Needless to say I was quite upset, not to mention had 6 hungry 6-7 year old girls and 2 hungry adults. This really put a damper on our party and my significant other had to miss our daughter opening presents to deal with this. When the pizzas did arrive the cheese was “very well done” to put it nicely. The manager that was dealt with made excuses about a food shortage and supply chain issues (which if this were true they should have let us know when the preorder was made and they should not have been able to produce any pizzas for us that night!!) I was extremely disappointed that we then received a call from the GM?? about how upset her shift manager was that we were raising an issue with this. She also told the same story about a food shortage but then let it slip that she was just overworked and didn’t do the order!! We definitely will not be returning to a place we used to love to frequent!

We visited Green Mill in New Ulm, MN, on New Year's Day. Because of the holiday weekend, their delivery truck had not been there, so they were out of many food items, and our food choices were somewhat limited.We ordered a deep dish pizza with half a dozen toppings. After almost an hour's wait (in a mostly empty restaurant), our charred pizza arrived. The kitchen must have tried to cover the burnt top by smothering it with pizza sauce, because a good half inch of sauce was all you could see topping the charred crust. No cheese, no sausage or Canadian bacon or black olives, just sauce.The young waiter suggested it was overcooked because of the number of toppings I had ordered. I spoke up right away about the overdone crust, but he left the pizza with us to try. He came back a few minutes later to check on us, and we said we would not accept the pizza. He lifted a slice up to look at the black crust and did agree that it looked bad. When he lifted the slice, the pizza sauce slid off. It was pretty sad to see.The waiter did offer to let us take the burnt pizza home at no cost (which we declined). He said he would return the pizza to the kitchen.The waiter returned to tell us the meal would be comped, and we should order something else. We each ordered a pasta meal and ate after another 30-minute wait. By that time we had been waiting for a meal for over 90 minutes, and we were hungry.Other restaurant staff apologized for the bad pizza while clearing our table. The waiter was a nice young man trying to do his best. I was surprised we never heard from the manager, but it must have been the "B or C Team" working that evening after New Year's Eve the night before.I keep picturing that awful pizza in my mind and know I won't be back to that restaurant again!

Quiet on a Tuesday night; server was great, food was too! Had boneless wings in the Diablo sauce which was tasty. (not very spicy, fyi) and chicken was of very good quality. Added fries on the side and cheesecake for dessert with chocolate and caramel sauce and roasted pecans! Was all very good.
